Diane M Thomas, MD

Dr Thomas is one of the greatest doctors that I have had. She is caring and spends plenty of time with you to know you. She is listens to you and really lets you know that she cares. She has a fun and lively personality. The entire office staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They all make you feel right at home during your visits. I have been coming here now for close to 8 years and no matter what I need to discuss they always make me feel comfortable. They get quite busy in their office but if you feel there is a reason to get in right away they will ALWAYS make time for you and fit you in. No matter how much time goes by between appointments Dr. Thomas always remembers you as if you were just there yesterday.
Now of course with the good come the bad and the wait time in her office can be quite long at times. Sometimes an easy hour of waiting to be taken back t the exam room but she makes up for it with her personalized attention to you, and with that personal attention I feel the wait time makes sense. I wouldn’t want her to be rushing me out so hurry to the next patient so I keep that in mind while I am waiting. As much as the wait can sometimes be annoying and inconvenient, their attention and caring actions definitely make up for any wait time I have to deal with. I don’t feel it’s enough to lower her to 4 stars. She absolutely deserves 5 stars.
When I first had changed insurance plans and had to find a new doctor, my current doctors office at the time gave me the recommendation for Dr. Thomas and I have been extremely grateful for that ever since. I wouldn’t want another one. She is the best!

Great office! I was called back before I even finished my paperwork, everything flowed so seamlessly I had to finish it afterwards. Dr. Thomas spent so much time with me and really made me feel she cared. Wonderful first impression, I’ve definitely found my new primary care home.

Dr. Thomas really listens and takes her time, listening and taking notes until she has covered everything versus trying to get you out in 15 minutes.

The doctor is great. She takes her time and is thorough. She really listens and the staff is great as well. My biggest complaint is that it takes FOREVER to be seen. I have waited in the office for well over an hour before just to be seen. I think that if they added another doctor into their practice it would help immensely.
