Overall, a good experience. I got a Unilocalon (coupon through Unilocal) and so thats why I went with them. They worked with me as I had a few requests so he actually made two trips out at no extra cost which was helpful. My only gripe was I have an oversized windshield and I actually had to help remove and install my own windshield. I kind of felt like they should have sent two people as I am paying someone for the work and I don’t want to be held responsible for work that I am paying someone else to do. All in all it went fine, and they had great customer service and they guy they sent out was easy to deal with.

I called ABC Lock and Glass to come out and re-​key my house locks. They were able to get me a same day appointment.
Sam came out to my house and he called before he showed up, was professional, polite, fast and highly skilled.
I will definitely use this company again for any lock/​key/​safe/​glass problem or need I have in the future.

Today was another example of why I am a satisfied customer with ABC. The owner gave up his lunch time to polish chipped a sugar bowl so that I would not have to drive back a cross town. Great service. Great attitude.

Very knowledgable staff. Can make keys for just about anything with a lock. They can also save you a ton of money from the dealer on keys with «chips» in them (The kind that have to be programmed to the car). Check em out!
