I really liked the tech that came to the house, Jake. He was nice and courteous, but a few days after my original block, the company and manager decided that the original $ 1,100 I paid for them to unclog my pipes was not enough, and 3 days later they wanted to charge me to come out to the house to finish the job they didn’t actually do. I had another firm come out, camera’d the pipes and sure enough it was roots that needed more work. Tech might be good, but the corporate policies are not consumer friendly.

I have been in my home for 11 years and the fireplace has never worked properly. The contractor that built my home would not back up his work and come fix it. I had Triple T come out and see if there was anything they could do. It was a brand they don’t normally work on so they said there would be no charge for the house visit. But then Jasun Balzly the service technician went one step further and took off the cover to check it out as a courtesy. He also took off the cover plate on the switch to make sure it had power. He eventually found some lose wires and got them tightened. He then cleaned out the very dusty fireplace and made the glass look like new. Now my fireplace looks and feels brand new. It works great and for the first time in 11 years we can enjoy it. This was all done on a brand they normally don’t work on but is a great example of doing all they can to help the customer out. I will always use Triple T for my heating and A/C issues.
