When I first called SS CARPET CLEANING & RESTORATION. It was truly by luck I desperately needed my mom’s carpet shampooed right after her carpet was stretched today. By Home Depot I thought it just made sense since everything was already moved I might as well have it shampooed at the same time. I thought to myself. SS CARPET CLEANING They where the second person I called this morning. The first was with my normal carpet cleaner guy I was expecting just to leave a voicemail. My normal carpet cleaner guy was not able to come out today so My plan was just to call everybody in our area leave voicemails and then when everybody started opening up they would start calling me back and somebody had to of had an opening for me it would’ve been a quick in and out job even if it had to say it was an emergency basis. And pay a little extra. So I proceeded to start making my calls and he was the first one on Unilocal in my area I couldn’t believe when He answer the phone on the second ring and it was so early in the morning it said on the website that he was closed at that time. along with everybody else because it was so early The work he did was amazing. Truly and I thought the gentleman that I had been going through for the last 10 years was good. when I first met him (sam) The owner I instantly knew by just looking into his eyes for some reason there was a kindness and comfortableness instantly I felt He was a very clean handsome young man. They say that look shouldn’t matter on people that you do business with. But a lot of times it does because you want to feel comfortable with somebody in your home I am a Christian woman. I love going through family owned businesses. I have been going through the same gentleman on my carpet for 10 years. And I would’ve never left that Man in my home alone. Even after 10 years. I knew within five minutes on meeting Sam The owner that it was not a fake personality. He was not trying to Petray an image of being somebody else or act like something that he wasn’t. A lot of people like to take advantage of me because I am a woman so they always think that they could overcharge. After he did my moms house I was so impressed and truly shocked by the price I asked him if he was free for the remainder of the day to come to my house which was five minutes away I had no intention of doing my house until I seen what a great job he did on my moms. I just truly felt like I needed to have my carpet done immediately. Because I wanted my house to look as clean as hers. So I asked him and he said yes that he was open for the remainder of the day Because in January/​February are slow months for him. so he came And he worked on my house until 8 o’clock in the evening. He’s a perfectionist that something I really liked. With my other carpet man. I’ve been working with just for him to go into my masters bedroom I would not have Felt comfortable with him in there alone so I would always stay in there with him. With Sam I gave him full control and access over my house without a blink in my eyes. I work at Costco for 16 years I came across a lot of people in my life. You could tell a lot about a person by their eyes and their appearance The sincerity the honesty. I instantly felt that connection with him. I will recommend him to anybody and everybody that I will ever meet for the remainder of my days That needs their carpet cleaned or stretched This Young gentleman that is starting everybody’s American dream of owning there own business He’s had told me he had worked for a carpet company before this And that his dream was to open up his own. He always thought the person he work for overcharge. rushing from one job to another job, just to make it on time to the next job. And he really wanted to give his full divided attention to each customer. And be able to give them the best customer service and the best quality work that he knew how to do. which is absolutely amazing He’s a humble young man Full of life and energy with so much knowledge about carpets. I could not believe the cost it blew me away at first I thought he was miscalculating because my house is so big and then he told me it was accurate. It was so cheap I had to tip him more than I would normally tip my (NOW OLD) carpet cleaner just because I felt like his job performance was so much more Worth than what he was charging me. It’s weird as it is when you have a strange person in your home and they’re looking at all of your pictures on your wall they get a sense on who you are.. and you know nothing about them. He shared a photo with me of his family. It just made me feel so much more comfortable when you know that there’s a Real person standing in front of you with a real family rather than wondering is this person making up A Image that they just want you to believe. Who knows anymore the world has changed so much. But he is for real. And my carpet looks brand-​new again. And so does my moms. And I’ll let you know he also stretches carpets!

Was the only person who would come out the same day. Explained everything and was thorough. He did a really nice job.

Just had my carpets cleaned by Sam and they look and smell amazing. He took the time to explain his process and worked magic on the pet stains too. He is great at keeping in contact and worked his schedule to fit mine. Very satisfied, competitively priced and I highly recommend his company.

He fixed an area of carpet that was ripped and I can’t even tell where the «patch» is! We had a lot of pet stains and he did his very best to get them out.
