I used this company to due some electrical work. They came out and did the work to clamp down some wires on the roof to meet city code. I couldn’t really see if the work was done properly since it was on the roof, the city still needs to come out and do an inspection.
After work was completed they charged my credit card over the phone. I saw two additional charges pop up on my credit card within a couple days. When I called the company they said it was a mistake and would reverse the charges. They never did, now I have filed a claim with my credit card company, in addition with BBB and Washington State Attorney General.
I looked up their license on the Washington State L&I website to see if they were bonded and insured and it says there are out of business. License #: PACIFNE860NA
Looks like they are operating under multiple business names. There phone number is disconnected and their website it down. DO NOT GIVE these guys your credit card number or any money. They are a scam!

I don’t know what happened, but their business is closed. Their phone is not working now. I paid down 50% deposit for a job, and they dissapeard on me. And to my surprise, they made two additional charges since then on my credit card for no reason totalling almost $ 5000 in all. This is a scam! I am thankful that I did not give them cash in advance, I paid via credit card and working with my credit card company to get charges reversed.

This company did various electrical projects for us we ended up with some of it okay and some not. The most distressing is that they have taken an additional $ 4125.25 from our credit card by «mistake» for over a month we have attempted to have this rectified. First $ 2125 was charged a few days after job was «done» «due to «computer problems». Next they attempted to reimburse us, but yet another charge rather than credit for $ 2100.25. After many promises to repay us with no action our bank is taking over to get our money back! Work still to be done/​redone. State inspection due soon!
