Terrible service!!! I called to make sure they could see my daughter and they said to come in, but we get there and are turned away. Ended up at the ER instead!

Where to start? One of the slowest Urgent Cares I have ever went too. It doesn’t matter if there is 1 person or 25 you will be there for a while to be seen. A kid puked on the floor and chairs and the nurse cleans it with a towel and no cleanser. It was truly gross, then the kid and his mom went to the bathroom. After they went to the room no one even checked the bathroom or cleaned it. They sit and chat when there are people to be seen. No wonder it takes so long to get checked out. It is a URGENT CARE in/​out done… Not here and don’t count on it!

Waste of time money and effort, do not go here if you are sick. Staff is inconsiderate and the doc did not seem to care about explaining anything as they spent 30 seconds with me. Needless to say, it was a failed effort in getting better and i ended up going sonewhere else. Will never go to multicare again.
