A 2 is giving this place an extra star for pity. Over-​priced. Way way over-​priced. The pool area was disgusting. I wouldn’t call the mini-​golf actual mini-​golf. I could set up a better layout in my backyard. Pay showers. What? I’ve never had to pay a dollar for 10 minutes of shower time before. The front desk staff is lazy, and make careless mistakes (double check your bill it’s probably wrong) Our campground was covered in trash when we got there. The only plus of this place is the discount tickets to six flags.

This campground has everything you need and everything is in good shape but there’s nothing to rave about. The sites are good sized and not right not top of each other, they have a pool, swings etc for the kiddies, showers/​bathrooms are clean and honestly that’s my only need while camping, the camp store is good for those last minute items. But with all that the reason we keep coming back is the location. Years ago we went here for its proximity to Six Flags now every year a big group does the Rugged Maniac in Southwick so this is super close and makes for a fun weekend.

Theres nothing wrong with this campground. It’s clean and quiet. Sites are well situated and our full hookup site was level and comfortable. They have a pool, playground and mini golf for the kids. It has a great location for six flags. Pay showers are common to ensure people aren’t wasting water and to manage costs.
