Initially the service I received was great. I was making a trip from out of town and arrived to the unit about 10 minutes before close but they were very accommodating and stayed a few minutes late for me. Unfortunately it’s all been downhill from there. I had purchased a 10×10 unit, and the unit I received is more like 9×7. My rate was increased after only a few months, when I called to find out why I was told that’s just «what happens» and my rate was likely going to go up again in a few months. Yet the prices advertised for my same sized unit on the website now are cheaper than my initial rate! They almost never answer the phone. I end up having to call about 5 times before someone finally picks up. And lastly, which this might be corporate so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, they don’t pro-​rate your rent. I’ve had many storage units and never once have I not had my rent pro-​rated if I moved out on a different date than when I moved in.
