Zales Jewelry Outlet

Worst zales ever. They don’t know what their doing and there is another zales down the street & they are great!

As part of the warranty on my engagement and wedding rings, I have to take them to a Zales to be inspected every six months. I wasn’t sure an outlet store would be able to do the inspections, but hooray! They can and do!
It’s so much easier coming to this Zales than one in a mall or large shopping center. It is never crowded, I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be helped, and parking is a non-​issue.
Once, when I was sick, my husband had to run my rings in for me. The ladies tried to convince him to buy a bigger diamond for me as a surprise. Yesterday, as I was being told I could send my rings off for some sort of super cleaning for free, the saleslady told my husband he could buy me a back up ring to wear while mine were off being cleaned.
For better or worse, what I’m trying to tell you is that these women will definitely try to guilt your man in to buying you more and bigger diamonds. Do what you will with that information!

Great customer service, friendly staff, huge selection, and since this is an outlet, everything is always on sale!
I have been in here a few times with my brother to help him shop for his girlfriend, each time we have come in we have been treated like gold. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
They can re-​size jewelry in the store and you can have jewelry appraised by appointment only. I have not used either of these services, so I cannot vouch for them, but probably worth checking out if you need either of these things done.
