Was here over the weekend and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and super knowledgable. I got my measurements done (it had been a while) and the girl who helped, Mahogany, was super nice and knowledgeable. She assisted me the whole time until we found a few good options that fit and that were comfortable for me. I also wouldn’t have known what was on sale or any deals they had going on had she not helped me. Over all very good experience and I will return to this location for future purchases :)

Hubby treated me to a shopping spree right after the holidays, and we spend a great deal of money at this location. Some fabulous sales for quality merchandise. Customer service was incredible. Love this brand, and love this location!

I first visited this location and Soma a couple months ago. I tried on at least 10 bras and left with nothing. The lady helping me was not pleasant in the least. In fact, she seemed to get so frustrated with me not liking anything that she actually slammed the door to my dressing room on the way out. The door could have easily slipped out of her hands, but she did not say anything to make me think otherwise. Her attitude toward me made me think it was on purpose.
Fast forward a couple months and I went back (I had a gift card and was in desperate need of a bra). Another girl, who was very helpful and considerate, helped me (thank goodness), but the rude sales lady was there and I heard her get an attitude with another customer.
Bottom line, I will avoid this location, and seek better customer service at another Soma (or at least find out when she’s not working) until my gift card has been used. The bras, pjs, and clothes seem great quality, I just can’t find a bra that fits me right there… they don’t have many options for smaller busts.

If only I could give no stars. It’s my last hour of time to myself before summer break and all I wanted to do was find some new bras for my new shirts. But yet again I’m leaving Soma in tears. I HATE this location. They are so horrible!!! I think they only hire 20 year old b*#ches. I so desperately need new bras. I’ve tried this location 3 times in 4 years and every time left in tears. Southlake is fine, but I don’t have the time to drive 30 min when I live right by one. Thanks for ruining my day!

The best pajamas EVER as well as the most comfortable and best bras by far! I love ordering online from the Sale tab! I get a lot of mix and match items there!

Love Soma! I have purchased bras, PJ’s, robes, casual dresses, tops, pants and swimwear from Soma. I just love the way Soma’s cloths fit and feel against my body. Soma means comfort. My most resent purchase was a set of PJ’s. So you know,
I am not a PJ person, I like short gowns or nothing at all. But these PJ’s were on sales with buy one set and get the 2^nd set for ½ off, so I purchased 2 sets. When I get home from work I cannot wait to put them on and can sleep in them comfortably without getting too hot. Love my PJ’s! The only thing that would make them better is a pocket in the PJ top. There is a pocket in the pants but one in the top would make it even better. I also purchased a fuzzy robe that I have lived in this winter, it was a great value and just makes me feel warm and comfortable when I put it on. These are just 2 reviews of their products but I have loved everything I have every purchased at Soma.

Seeking a set of warm PJ’s for my wife for Christmas I headed into Soma at Southlake Town Square. They offer a wide selection of nice quality items. It seemed like they had about 100 people working on the 23^rd, as every time I moved an employee asked if I needed help. One or two is fine, but after awhile — geez!
Anyway, I chose a nice PJ set and a coordinating pair of house shoes. As she opened the package, my wife said, «Ooooh, Soma! I’ve never been in there. Nice!»
Yes. I rock.

I love Soma!!! It is pricey, but well worth the money. This location is large and sometimes has too many sales associates… ;) I started by wearing the underwear after a recommendation from a friend at a wedding. NO pantie lines, a little liposuction, and I still can breath, MAJOR WIN. Then I moved on the the bras, yes they are expensive, but not more the VC and they have great sales. I have also turned on two friends to these bras. Check it out any location.
