Outstanding dentist and staff. Of all the dentist I’ve seen in my 72 years, Dr. Cerone is absolutely the best. His genuine concern and skill is very obvious.

I have had some bad dental experiences in the past so I am very anxious about new dentists. I had my first appointment a year ago and the staff from start to finish were very friendly and helped me relax. Since i could verify that they were professional and gentle, I have taken both of my children to see Dr. Cerone or his associate, Dr. Davis. They were honest with me about whether or not to treat different issues in my children as they are growing and losing teeth — they told me a few treatment options were not cost effective since the teeth would fall out in the next 12 months or so. I highly recommend this office! Be prepared to schedule routine visits in advance as they are a busy office. They will work hard to try to fit you into cancellations if you ask.

The best dentist office. Period. My front teeth are fake due to a collision with a sidewalk when I was 8. I knew the dental work needed to be re-done because it was beginning to chip. After some heavy duty research and asking around, I chose Dr. Davis who is part of Dr. Cerone’s team, to do my cosmetic dentistry. I could not have picked a better, more straight forward, dentist. My teeth have not looked this good since I was 8 years old!!!

It’s an honor to be a patient of Dr. Cerone’s, and I think he’s one of the best dentists in DFW. Here’s why: –He practices the craft and trade of dentistry FIRST, and focuses on patient care above the current trend of cosmetic dentistry. His office isn’t over run by Feng Shui décor and overdone technology, but rather nuts and bolts dentistry. It’s clean, comfortable and simple. Another example: When I needed a crown built, another dentist quoted me an exorbitant price for a purely ceramic crown. Dr. Cerone demonstrated that since it was a back tooth, I should go with a composite crown made partly of metal/ceramic. Any suggestion otherwise is purely a gimmick approach. –He has developed the skills of a well-trained dentist. Some degree of success in the dental world is simply knowing how to manipulate the tools of the trade. I was in quite a bit of pain and Dr. Cerone helped fix a painful problem quickly. –ETHICS. In my prior experience with other dentists, the office staff made several mistakes with my bill and I was recommended procedures that were unnecessary and expensive. Dr. Cerone gave me a comprehensive look at my dental needs, recommended a long term course of action and gave me a range of costs. FEW dentists were willing to put their diagnosis on the line like Dr. Cerone. Furthermore, I don’t think the services I was provided were done for a sales pitch, but rather it was a a routine standard of excellence. It’s also my understanding Dr. Cerone graduated in the top of his Dental school class. I’m not surprised. Unfortunately, there are a lot of bad dentists on the market. Dr. Cerone is a true professional and if you’re lucky enough to call him your dentist, pay him well, bring gifts to his office and see him regularly. Dr. Cerone and Dr. Davis are dentists worth the drive and wait. If you want to see what a top-notch dentist practice looks like, look no further.

There are a lot of dentists out there! But if you want a honest opinion of what you need and at an honest price then Dr Cerone is the place to go. He never up sales and tells it like it is. It is up to us as adults to decide what we want. But remember that when a suggestion is made it is to help us from having a bigger problem later on!

Before I start, I do want to say that the staff of this office — absolutely delightful. Very sweet people who are very professional. Love the office — clean and respectable. After calling around to several different dental offices in the area before making my choice, I chose Dr. Cerone almost entirely based on Eric, the receptionist who was one of the most professional, efficient, and knowledgeable dental office receptionists I have ever met to this day. Unfortunately, he does not work there anymore, and unfortunately, the dental care provided did not match the care he provided. I went in to get a root canal and a crown. After receiving my root canal at a great endodontist that Dr. Cerone’s office suggested to me(endodontist did a perfect root canal — endodontist was, again, suggested by Eric), I went back to Dr. Cerone’s office for my crown. Out of respect, I will not name the dentist who treated me… But I will say that I made 5EXTRA trips to this office that did not need to be made because my crown was poorly made 4 different times. I calculated, and I spent a minimum of 11 extra hours in that office that, had the crown and all the procedures been done right the first time, did not need to be spent. I am an extremely patient, forgiving person… But even I will say that 5 extra trips and 11 extra hours for a simple crown is excessive. Even then, I did not complain — I understood that sometimes people make mistakes and maybe the entire thing was not completely in their control(they send their crown molds to an off-site location). I wasn’t going to write a bad review, even when I knew that this kind of treatment and care deserved one. When I requested to have a few simple fillings done out of precaution(because I did not want to go through the trouble of another root canal… surprising, I am sure) and I asked for a discount for all my troubles, they simply said no. Now THAT, my friends, is overkill. When you know the extreme amount of time and trouble that one of your patients went through for a simple crown from one of your dentists and you won’t even offer a simple discount after all that… That is ridiculous. And that’s saying a lot, coming from me. To top it all off, when I went to my new dentist a week or so ago, he took a look at my X-Rays and immediately asked, «Who did your crown? This is not a very well-done crown…» and proceeded to show me why. He did mention, however, that the endodontist who did my root canal did an excellent job. All of this to say — I can take people making mistakes, even multiple ones. I do believe that if the mistakes and less-than-acceptable treatment/care is excessive, the care provider should make amends or some sort of effort to placate the customer. Bad customer service and care on TOP of excessive unacceptable treatment is not okay. Period.

Best Dentist in DFW. I’ve been a patient for years, and continue to go back even though I live about 45 minutes away. They have a knowledgable, professional, super friendly staff. Recently Dr Cerone responded to an emergency phone call in the middle of the night, and came in the office to treat.
