TERRIBLE experiences with this place. I have waited in lines for upwards of 45 minutes to only be disappointed by poor attitudes at the counter, including the owners.

Keller, TX
Mark and Jean run a «mom & pop» store — yes you could go to Fedex Kinkos or the UPS store on the other side of Town Square, but if you patronize this place, I guarantee you will be treated better.
I have shown up here with a bunch of things that needed to be mailed — no boxes or wrapping stuff — and they totally took care of it. They offer shipping by different carriers, so you can weigh your options for what would be cheaper versus when it «absolutely, positively, must-​be there overnight».
They also offer a nice assortment of other items — greeting cards, tchotchkes and stuff. I stock up because you never know when you might need that last minute card or gift.
