I have been to this location several times and the staff is always kind and friendly. Kristin has helped me a few tunes and she is so wonderful! She is lovely and helpful and honest. I love James Avery jewelry but not every location is as kind! !

This is hand crafter silver or gold pieces. Great craftsmanship. I am a fan and I will continue to buy James Avery. The cost is not cheap but well worth every penny. This is a product you can hand down to your children and it will be cherished.
Today when I went in I went to look at rings. We looked at over 8 rings. I ended up being served by Sophia. An amazing you lady who knew the product well. I was impressed with her knowledge. I needed trading in my bracelet and buying a FROG pendent. I walked out of the store satisfied and plan on returning. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.

My wife and I have been fans of James Avery bling since we first met 22 years ago. For great quality, beautiful, nicely crafted jewelry and keepsakes, James Avery tops my list.
As for the shopping experience, they have crowd management down to a science. I visited on ¹²⁄₂₃. The store, as expected, was packed and the line was long. But they had one lady collecting orders as we stood in line so that our items were pulled and ready to view by the time we hit the register. A line that looked on the surface to be 45 minutes + was done in about 15. And I was off to my next stop.

I lost my ring and needed to replace it fast. I knew I wanted the same one, it was just a matter of explaining it to the employees there. Once I got there I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. After describing what I needed she lead me to the exact ring. Pretty cool that she would knew exactly what I was looking for and where it was. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Talk about fast and friendly service! I love how their prices are so reasonable as well. You can go wrong with Avery!

Christian Jewelry at it’s best. I have been collecting James Avery charms on my silver charm bracelet for over twenty years. My life story is told through charms. Many of them are now discontinued and collectors items. I don’t have much beside charms.
My whole family has several pieces of James Avery. They are always coming out with new things. They do have gold, but way more expensive.
This location is clean, large, well stocked, and staff is very friendly.

As someone who has given his wife (and before she was even his wife) gifts from James Avery, I have to tell you they are a class act. Whether I’m ordering it online or going into a store I am always impressed with the quality.
While they have a great selection of all materials, my wife and I love the silver. Our wedding bands are silver, her bracelets and necklaces are silver.
Best part guys? REASONABLY priced!

I love me some James Avery jewelry! I order online and love to go to the store. I would suggest not to go on the weekend unless you want to stand in line. Jewelry is great and last for a lifetime so well worth the price!

I’m never disappointed when I shop here … for others or for myself. The ladies who work here are super helpful and the craftsmanship of the jewelry is just beautiful. It has a spiritual take, which I happen to love, but if that’s not your thang there is still something beautimous here for you to take home.
I was first introduced to James Avery items at his shop in Ft. Worth while I was in college. The Southlake Town Square shop is just one of 41 in the United States … it’s interesting to note that after 50 years in the business Avery still leads a team of designers and is very involved in his business.
It’s definitely a family-​owned and this location in Town Square fits that to a tee. Highly recommend stopping in … prior poster is 100% correct that this is heirloom-​quality jewelry and will last a lifetime.
