98% of the time I have excellent service. I’ve been a client now going on 3 years. I would probably have good service 100% of the time if I spoke up when there was an issue.

Overpriced, staff is nice but they are THE most expensive place in the area. They do like to pressure or guilt you into upgrading.

I’ve been really pleased with the outcome of their service I will get my nails done pedicures and have even gotten my eyebrows waxed here. They are just pricey on their service. I rather go somewhere pay little extra and be happy with the outcome than save 10 or $ 20 and be unhappy or dissatisfied.

Well it wasn’t very relaxing, considering the technicians talked very loudly the whole time while I and 4 others were getting a pedi. We had 8 techs and 5 customers. The technicians were having a great time. I even closed my eyes thinking that they would think I was asleep and maybe they would hush but nope… I will not be back. Nor did they talk in English, just plain rude.

The design is spacious but overdone, they seemed nice at the front and they were available right away for 2 pedis and the massage seats were nice. The selection of nail colors and quality was great and the paint job was wonderful for both of us. We even liked that the TV’s were on but with no sound. The back ground music was nice too. The reason why they got 2 stars is because the value was lacking and they would rather ignore your wishes and just up sell you on additions you so not want. The basic pedicure should be called«speedy and non-personal». The massage was maybe 3 minutes and the technicians spoke in their language, which is so rude. They never once offered us a drink and or a snack. It’s my second and last time at this place!

I really enjoy this salon, I’ve gone there for waxes for awhile and have never had a real complaint. Recently, I went for a pedicure and nails in preparation for a family wedding. They offer a full menu of luxurious pedicures, that I have enjoyed before, but on this occasion I went with the basic $ 25 option, which was still quite enjoyable. As far as my nails go, I originally intended to get gel with extensions. I do not enjoy gaudy colored nails and when the technician noticed I was having trouble choosing a color, she asked questions to help me choose. I told her I was looking for sort of a nude pink and she made a suggestion. Then went above and beyond and asked how much maintenance I was willing to put into my nails. I explained to her that I work in the service industry and therefore my nails get put through a lot so I usually don’t bother with them because they don’t keep. She then suggested the light pink colored flawless solar, because the look would last longer and require less maintenance. Best of all it was $ 10 cheaper! This is a first for me in a nail salon, to be steered to something cheaper because of my needs! The nails turned out beautiful and I received many compliments on them. Now, in my younger days I got nails much more often and I never made it to the«fill» phase as it was never long before I popped one off and the others were quick to follow. Not so with these! After 2 plus weeks I had next to no signs of lifting! I was so pleased I went to get a fill so my nails are still flawless. The only gripe there is is that the suckers are not cheap, but this is absolutely a case of «you get what you pay for!» I believe Hollywood outshines most salons in the area so the extra cost is worth it!

This nail salon is the only salon I will go to … I’ve found them to be the most attentive to my taste — I can be picky when it comes to how my nails are shaped & painted, I feel comfortable asking for exactly what I want — the girls are so sweet & I love how detailed they are. They also help me choose the color of polish if I ask for their help. Hollywood is a little pricier than other places, but I don’t mind paying a little more for a better experience! Van & Amy are my favorite girls there but they are all well qualified and very nice.

I have been coming here for years. It is a great place to unwind with your friends and have a glass of wine! The spa pedicures are the best, and they really take their time rather than rushing through! I would suggest one of the spa pedicures, like the pumpkin or milk and honey!

Hollywood Nails in Southlake has been my favorite manicure place for at least 3 years. Their prices are higher than most other nail salons, but the quality products and pampering made up for the expense. Until recently. After my last few visits, not only do I not want to go there anymore, I want to warn other people so they do not have the same experience I had. When I went in for a mani/pedi last week, it was a nightmare. My technician, Susan, was clearly ill and coughed continuously throughout my appointment. My pedicure turned out okay, but she seemed to start feeling worse when she started on my manicure. It was a horrible experience. She cut my cuticles so badly that they bled, and then doused them with alcohol. At that point, she told me to pay her so that I wouldn’t ruin my nails by pulling out my wallet later. She quoted me a price which I questioned, and then quoted me a lower price. I paid her in cash, and gave her a $ 10 tip with the change she returned to me. She slapped on a couple of hot rags for a minute, slapped on some polish, and told me to sit at the drying station for 5 – 10 minutes. All said, the manicure took 8 minutes from start to finish, plus the drying time. When I checked my wallet later, I realized that Susan had indeed charged me the higher price she had initially quoted, which was the price for the Deluxe Manicure(my bad for not counting my change in front of her). I did not receive a Deluxe Manicure by any stretch of the imagination. Still, I would have been willing to let it go… EXCEPT that my cuticles started shredding within 24 hours and the polish started flaking off within 48. Look at the photo I attached with this review — if you want your nails to look like that, Hollywood Nails is the place for you! I hope Hollywood Nails turns things around. When they opened, they really were the best nail salon in the area. I hope they can figure out how to get back to that someday.

Relaxing, reasonable & tucked next to Sprouts Market– it’s a «treat– yourself» do. Lots of options; various price points. Being budget conscious, I opt for the $ 25 regular pedicure(then tip $ 5). Options include the following: $ 15 regular manicure $ 25 deluxe manicure $ 50 Green Tea pedicure $ 50 Milk & Honey Pedicure … $ 65/hr Hollywood Gold Flake Champagne pedicure $ 65 Chocolate Mint Spa pedicure The ambiance has warm hues & massage chairs– they offer you a drink– & there’s TV too. My pedicures last 2 weeks

As soon as you walk in the door you are hit with the heavy smell from all the chemicals. This was my first time in the establishment and was very disappointed with my service. The solution that my hands were in was spilled all of my pants because of the girl doing my toes moving my legs in and out of the water. Then the solution that they had my hands soaking instead if throwing it out the girl sucked it back into the bottle it came out of UHNOTSANITARY!!! They also cut too much skin off my thumbs cuticles that they bled and then they continued to spray alcohol based spray on my hands. Please use caution if you are going to come to this nail salon.
