DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE FOR YOUR WEDDING!
Our wedding planners had emailed this company the route and schedule he needed to pick up our guests to take them to the venue and they never even gave it to the driver. He didn’t know where the Ceremony or Reception locations were. Due to his terrible timing guests had to find alternate transportation, and we were late to our ceremony by 30 minutes although we had given them 2 hours to drop off our guests from only two hotels within 3 miles of the venue. After the ceremony, he told all our guests he would be transporting EVERYONE to the reception. Although it was only supposed to be out of town guests that were picked up at the hotel. So again we were super late to our ceremony and our cocktail hour was more like a cocktail 20 minutes because his timing was so terrible. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use them just because they have affordable pricing. It was the biggest disappointment of the day we spent over a year planning. And they charged us for a tip without our consent. TERRIBLE COMPANY

We had a fourth of July party with transportation from uptown to Lake Lewisville and they were on time and able to handle a rowdy bunch. So needless to say, I will be booking them again. I do event planning for a living and had a horrible experience with Wynne transportation for an event once they were late and another time it was a fiasco. So just stick with G&G!

Coming from Oklahoma, I booked this limo from a Groupon that I found. It was the best price I had found and their website was very official and the woman who helped me, Amanda, was very quick to respond to any questions I had before booking. After feeling like this was a great option for the Bachelorette party I was planning, I went ahead and booked for Jan 3^rd.
The week before our trip (when we were about to pay the remaining balance), I did research on this company just to be safe (not sure why I didn’t before). It had a few mixed reviews ranging from «wonderful service» to «my driver didn’t show up». I started to panic thinking that we would get stood up and not have a ride for our evening out.
So I began to email/​call (which I could NOT get through to anyone on the phone… however, again the e-​mails were such a quick response). The woman who I was in contact with e-​mailed me our drivers information the evening before our reservation so I had his info just for safe saying.
Atilla was our driver, and he was SO wonderful. Our timeframe got a bit jumbled with dinner, but he was very patient with our party of 10 as we bar hopped all over town. He even drove us by some wonderful Christmas lights at the end of our night on the way back to our hotel– such a thoughtful gesture.
Overall, I would recommend this company for any sort of driving in the area. Their prices were great and our Excursion Limo was absolutely perfect for our night. I would just make sure to stay in contact with the company and double check with the driver because a lot of the reviews I’ve read seem to have to do with them (hopefully they are fired by now).

Rented a shuttle to get about 24 guests to my wedding from their hotel in downtown Fort Worth. It should have been a 30 minute drive. But the driver repeatedly got lost. It took him more than an hour. And that was only after one of our guests took charge and guided him to the location with the GPS on his phone.
Meanwhile, we had to postpone the ceremony by almost an hour, cutting into the reception time. We spent almost a year planning this wedding, and thousands of dollars. And the bus driver derailed some of that effort, because he didn’t even bother to learn the route he was supposed to take. Afterwards, we found out we’d been charged for a tip we never authorized.

Very disappointed in their customer service and contingency plans. Our reservation had been placed for months and prepaid before our wedding. We were married on December 7^th, the day after the ice storms, so I understand the roads were rough. However, they opted to cancel our reservation ONE HOUR before they were scheduled to pick up the bridal party. Unacceptable and needless to say, left us stranded to find alternate transportation last minute. We never received an active call to apologize or help find alternatives.

I love this company! I have used them twice for going to and from concerts, and they are professional, prompt (actually arriving 15 minutes early with no extra charge), and courteous. I would never use another limo service!
