The store looked pretty picked over today. This place is typically hit or miss — you can sometimes find really cute stuff for under $ 30.

Great boutique to get knick knacks and/​or cute gifts! Especially during the holidays. They always have sales and markdowns on cute colorful dresses and trendy handbags. I will say I wish this one had more jewelry as I’ve seen other locations have a better selection. Definitely stop in if you’re strolling around the square and see what they have in stock!

I went to this store once and will never go back. there customer service was horrible. I would ask the ladies a question and they would have no clue as to the answer. Specifically, I asked where I could find a pair of initial earrings and they SA replied with «Everything we have is out»… that was not my question nor did she apologize for her lack of knowledge or try to ask a more experienced co worker. I noticed all of the employees were however so eager to get back to gossiping about a different employee. I know this because they were talking so loudly and in front of everyone I am positive I am not the only one who heard their entire conversation. I would not recommend. The NE mall just recently hired new girls I have noticed I would recommend that location :)

This store is ‘hit or miss’ for me! Once in awhile I will find something I love. The dressing rooms are awfully small with bad lighting. Their return policy stinks and the young girls who work there aren’t helpful at all and should take a customer service class from Nordstroms.

This Francesa’s carries mostly semi-​casual to dressy clothing, which fit the area but not exactly what I’m use to from Francesa’s. Customer service so– so but that’s Southlake. Overall cute trendy clothes, just wish they carried more casual clothing.

Fun shop with lots of unique items. Catch them on sale and it is a great value. Customer service is hit or miss, but the store always looks amazing. Carry clothing, shoes, accessories, gift items, and some household items.

A very high percent of my wardrobe is from Francesca’s, I absolutely love this store. Great clothing, great shoes, great accessories, and great gifts. I will say, do not expect much of it to last longer than one season, but that is why it is all so reasonably priced.
I would give this place 5 stars, but some of the staff does not exactly deserve customer service awards. Most of the staff is fine, but the few that are not ruin it for everyone.

Remodeled, tons of trendy clothing! Great staff, what more do you need!
They carry Miss Me Jeans, Karma Living, Natural Life, and Voluspa candles.
Prices are reasonable and they have great sales!
