We were greeted at the door and seated right away! The restaurant is beautiful! It has a really cool huge pizza oven! Lindsey-the manager during the day came over and visited with us and asked if we had any questions. Our server was prompt and bought our drinks right away. I ordered the Lunch Tacos off of the Lunch Menu. I had one grilled chicken taco and one grilled beef fajitas taco. This special also came with soup or salad. I chose the chopped salad. I had eaten this before at their location in Keller. So I knew this was a great salad! My husband order the Light Sandwich off of the lunch menu. This includes choice of any half sandwich with choice of soup or salad. On the suggestion of Lindsey my husband ordered the Cubana Torta with the tortilla soup. Our soup and salad was brought out. My salad had blue cheese on it which I knew but I had forgot about. Lindsey exchanged it for one without for me since I don’t like blue cheese which was Super Nice of him. I tried my husband’s tortilla soup and it was delicious! My salad was really good and has a great flavor with all the ingredients in it. Our sandwich and tacos arrived. My husband’s half sandwich was as big as most regular sandwiches! My tacos looked great and were served with chopped onions, cilantro, house made salsa, & grilled onions all on the side. My tacos were really good! I tried my husband’s sandwich and it was«the bomb»! The flavors all came together and it was incredible! We were stuffed and didn’t try their desert. Hopefully next time we will save room for dessert!

Not sure why all the hype on this place is. I’ve seen so many glowing reviews to go visit them, maybe it’s just been locals trying to give a boost to a new local restaurant that isn’t a chain. I’m not going to give them a bad review based on not living up to the hype. The food was good, there wasn’t any type of Latin fusion going on. Italian isn’t Latin, so even the Italian nachos, which were enjoyable, weren’t Latin fusion. The restaurant was clean, we walked right in on a Saturday night, which is odd for SL. No decoration whatsoever, like white walls with a few light fixtures, white covered tables and that’s it. The most interesting feature is the giant wood fired oven smack dab in the middle of the restaurant. Service was fast and friendly and willing to give recommendations. There was live music, a guy with a player keyboard who sang and played the sax. Too quiet for me to hear what he was playing, but also quiet enough for me to have a conversation and be heard. We probably won’t be back which is unfortunate since we would really like to patronize another local business.

This restaurant had good food. The menu is a mix of Mexican and Italian food. It would be a great place for families to eat since everyone could find something they like on the menu. We had a bottle of Meiomei Pinot Noir and a delicious Queso appetizer. My husband had the combo street tacos and I had a chicken breast dinner with a spicy sauce. It was all good! The service was excellent!

Today was my first visit. I went with my best friend and her mom. I ordered a pepperoni pizza(I know, not that adventurous but it’s what I do) and it was delicious with a great crust and flavor. We also had the chips and salsa before our meal, and they were also really good. Service was great and the manager on duty checked in with us. My friend had to step out with her little one a few times and they were helpful and made sure we were ok and didn’t make us feel out of place. I’ll be going back for sure!

Confused. That’s what this restaurant yells the minute you sit down to look at the menu. It shouldn’t be Latin fusion it should be Latin confusion. We had the Cuban torta, which was just a mess of meat all in a sandwich bread. Not sure if it was a hot dog or a Cuban sandwich. The nachos did have a unique flavor, but it was just too much. And the unique taste got lost in trying to be too much of nothing. The tacos. Eh. Not really flavorful of street tacos. There is potentilla if the eliminate the menu confusion of what the restaurant stands for, and if they remember that great food is the combination of fresh ingredients. And often times. Less IS more. Won’t be returning.

We came here after lunch rush. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The chips and salsas here were really good. The red salsa had nice kick to it. I ordered the lunch special of two al pastor tacos and tortilla soup. The tortilla soup was really good. It was flavorful and had a lot of tortilla strips. The Al Pastor tacos were decent. I felt it was lacking in seasoning though and lime didn’t help. The pizza that was ordered was okay as well. I’m not sure about the Latin Italian infused meals. I’ll definitely will come back and try other items off the menu but first impression was just ok.

I’m so sad this location really just missed the mark. We LOVE the original location and the family and staff that runs it, but this location will have to work out the kinks. The staff here was very friendly, but the food and service just weren’t as great. We got the Alfredo which was good, but they couldn’t add broccoli, like they do at the original location, the street tacos were ok. The chicken was pretty good but the Barbacoa was rather dry. The meat was pretty bland and dry; not a lot of flavor. The queso dip had the flavor and consistency of a jar of Tostitos dip. The refills on our ice teas left them without ice. Again, we love them but it was just not great.

I was so excited to try Latin Fusion after becoming a loyal patron of the original DeVivo Bros. Eatery in Keller. We were here last night and loved it! The horchata was delicious and refreshing. My son ordered the kids pepperoni pizza; it was fantastic. My husband ordered the asada street tacos; they were amazing. I ordered the quesadillas with chicken and loved them! Everything was delicious, the service was great, and we loved the atmosphere. Great job, DeVivos! We’ll be back!

Called for a take-out order since my husband was out of town. The first time that I called I got the voicemail the second time that I called I was put on hold for five minutes and then hung up on the third time that I called I was put on hold for about two minutes and then they finally picked up. Decided to splurge for the steak and poblano. Went directly home after picking it up. After one bite I had to season the mashed potatoes and the corn succotash. The poblano pepper on top of the steak was very bland & had no flavor whatsoever and the steak was so gristly and chewy that I gave the second half to my dog. Better spice it up guys! Not looking good with poor location and food so far! I had high hopes!

One of my new favorite restaurants in Southlake. This restaurant is by the same brothers who run the DeVivo Bros Eatery in Keller. There’s some overlap in the menu plus the wood fired pizzas that used to be off the Hook and Ladder converted fire truck for special occasions is now available all the time in their giant brick pizza oven in the center of the dining area. I’ve been here several times and a few of my favorites here are the sriracha honey glazed pork chop – sweet light heat sauce – and the guajillo chicken served in a red sauce that looks like fire but is actually mild and very flavorful. The special ham and cream sauce spaghetti that’s served as a side to the guajillo chicken is delicious and good enough to order by itself if I could! Also just recently tried the ceviche– not many places have it around Southlake, and even fewer do it well, but DeVivo does a great job with fresh pico type ingredients mixed with chunks of shrimp and fish drizzled in citrus. They serve it in a stylish martini glass with fresh tortilla chips for scooping but its good enough just to spoon it straight! Can’t forget about desserts. There’s a amaretto caramel drizzled flan that is incredible! The amaretto mellows the flavor compared to just the plain caramel drizzle at most places. Seating and service is pretty quick. Also a good spot for business lunch meetings with a classy simple dining room that doesn’t get too loud and echoey so you’re not having to shout at your client. They have an outdoor fenced in patio which I hear will be getting some use now that warm weather is starting with outdoor games like giant Jenga and cornhole which is definitely unique to this area. There’s no other place in the Southlake /Keller /Grapevine area that has that sort of thing. The two brothers are always out and about the dining room making everyone feel welcome like its their own family dining room. Last time John DeVivo was in front of the pizza oven hand tossing pizzas while greeting passing guests. I look forward to coming here again many times!

By the way of fusion John and Ralph have paired their food genius from two cultures and the result is dining perfection. The Italian nachos are exquisite!!! So too are the quesadillas.(Add chicken). And the abundance of authentic tacos. And the pizza. Skip the pizza joints. Have a Devivos Pizza at Fusion; the choices are amazing! We’ve had five of the pizzas on the menu and all hit our list of favs. And if you are REALLY hungry try any of the entrees. But save room for desert. Especially the flan. Oh wait! The flan cake is a rare and delicious treat. The wine list and beer choices are perfect compliments to your meal. Atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. Ralph and John have hit yet another home run. We love this place. We no longer grocery shop. We eat at Fusion in Southlake or The Eatery in Keller!

Having lived in Southlake for 15 years and tried every restaurant that’s come through this location, I’m certain they won’t last more than a year. The atmosphere is sterile and totally devoid of charm. The menu is odd, at best. Fusion restaurants are just that – fusing of two cuisines. This restaurant should be called a Latin/Italian combo, as it lacks in fusing these flavors. Most everything is either Italian or Latin, except for some pizzas with Latin meat. The menu looks like a schizophrenic conceptualized it, it’s so disjointed. Too many options lead mean nothing it really a signature dish. I ordered a salad and the artichoke and prosciutto pizza. The chipotle remoulade salad dressing was so gross, way too thick and chunky to be a dressing. The pizza was chewy and lacked flavor. Not only does Devivo’s completely lack in dishes that will make you return, but their service is just so-so. If our waitress had paid attention I would have at least gotten a second glass of wine. We won’t be back, and I encourage others to save their tastebuds for whatever restaurant replaces Devivo’s.

What a gem! Tried the Italian sausage and red pepper pizza and the classic Fettuccine Alfredo. Both were as good as we have ever tasted! Natalie gave us terrific service. The atmosphere is romantic but not too stuffy!

We LOVE DeVivo Bros Eatery in Keller, so we couldn’t wait to try this new concept from them and they didn’t let us down! The street tacos are very flavorful… I had the al pastor, asada, & chicken and I couldn’t pick a favorite. Hubby had the Diablo pasta(even though it’s served in the other place), & he loved it! This will definitely be a regular place for us!!! If you’re in the Southlake or surrounding area, stop in… you won’t be disappointed!!!

Stopped in for lunch and tried the Cubana Torta which was quite good. Several meats, but the sliced Hot Dog was a bit odd. It’s a clean, quite place, with very little décor as it appears they are still searching for an identity. Not very busy for lunchtime, with only two other tables, but the product is good enough if they can just get a little exposure. The menu is limited to Tacos and Tortas but a nice change of pace.

The red and green salsa are quite spicy for gringos, wait until younhabe a beverage before eating any. The pico is spicy as well. The pork adobo torta is very tasty. The chicken tacos are very tasty as well. Lunch is quiet and the fellow patrons are very nice. The torta is awesome but messy. Watch your slacks. My new once a week spot.

I love tacos! And I am always excited to try new taco places out! I walked in today about 10:30… No other customers were there. It took me a few mins to find an employee. Once I did I say down and the nice gentlemen explained a few of the choices on the menu. One being cows head! I have never seen it on a menu so I had to try it! I also ordered one El pastor taco. I took off a star bc no chips and salsa or rice and beans. My food came out very fast! My tacos came with a side of sautéed onions and a grilled jalapeño! Also the tacos didn’t have onion or cilantro on them, they came on the side! Score you can add as much as you want! they came with only salsa verde. Very spicy! The cows head. Well I can cross it off my list of things to try! It was very different! The Texture was mushy. The el pasture. Great! Very flavorful and crunchy! The waiter was lovely! Had a great little chat with him! I will be adding this spot to my rotation of taco places!
