One word sums up this business… horrible!
I hired them to take care of my family and after talking to them I felt really good about my decision. Unfortunately they turned out to be very unreliable. Several times their care givers never showed up for the appointment, and they never even bothered to call. Needless to say we decided to rid ourselves of their services permanently. Brightstar you should be ashamed!
