Bob Jones Nature Center

This is a great place for adults and children! They great you at the door like an old friend. They remember the names of the children that walk th the door. My son has taken classes here and had his birthday party here. From the first day, my son (2 at the time) felt totally comfortable here. He looks forward to «nature school» once a week. The summer programs are fantastic too. They teach the children all about nature and the animals in it. They go on age appropriate hikes and still do crafts, etc. They have lots of great programs for all interests. And Id bet that if you were interested in a program that they didn’t have, you could ask about them having that type of program! They have master gardeners, photography workshops, guided hikes to learn about plants, etc. There are all kinds of events that Im not as familiar with, but seen on the calendar. As stated by others many times, this place is a hidden gem! Its tucked away on the north end of Southlake off of White Chapel Road.
