The Flower Girl

The Flower Girl provided flowers for my son and daughter in law’s wedding in August 2015. The arrangements were incredible, from the bridal bouquet to the centerpieces we could not have asked for more gorgeous flowers. They took care of everything — bouquets, corsages, boutonieres, centerpieces, cascades for the head table, cake table… even a grapevine swag with flowers for the pergola where the ceremony took place. The venue was already gorgeous and these flowers made it even more so. The colors were beautiful, the flowers were fresh and well arranged and despite the fact that the venue was over an hour away, the delivery and set up was all accommodated. We have used this business in the past and will continue to do so based on the level of customer service and obvious care that goes into the work. You won’t find a better place to handle your floral needs.

Kelly was awesome! She was able to work within my budget to create exactly what we were looking for. She was very helpful in guiding me through what would look best in the venue we chose (Hawk’s Landing Country Club). Everything was delivered on time and as promised. Kelly was extremely attentive to detail and flexible. Our bouquets were even better than I could have expected and all the flowers were fresh and put together beautifully.
The only reason this review is a 4 and not a 5 is because there was no online payment system for the flowers (I had to call with a credit card for my final payment) and I was responsible for removing all the vases from the venue the day after the wedding. I know I shouldn’t complain about getting to keep the vases, but I had a lot of additional stuff to fit in the car and I wasn’t expecting to have these as well.

Although this place has a great, easy to use online ordering system, after I placed an order for some flowers to be sent for my mothers birthday I get a call from someone that works there. They tell me that the address is «too far» for them (even though according to a Google search they were the closest florist to my mothers house) and that if I «really want» the flowers, I would need to pay over $ 30 (about three times more) for delivery. Interesting that the next place I called, (that was further away with a lower delivery cost) took the order without blinking an eye — and the flowers that arrived were beautiful. Sorry Flower Girl!

Small shop, but consistently high quality flowers and arrangements. They also have little gifts and knick knacks, the usual you might expect. But the service is good, and they’ll gladly whip something together for delivery or pick up.
