I wasnt impressed with the service at all. The food was standard. They sat us in the bar which happened to be in line with the front door. Needless to say we were cold being 12 degrees outside. Im pretty sure no one in that dining facility was safe from that draft.

I had had a very pleasant time with an attentive waiter and good food. I had the quesadilla for an appetizer and it was surprisingly good(even better without the dipping chipotle sauce). I had for a meal the asiago peppercorn steak medium rare and that was really good. Overall a good meal that wasn’t super expensive and good service.

My wife and I had lunch there recently. Service was slow although they were not busy. My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich and it came with a long hair sticking out from under the bun. It was replaced but you would expect some type of discount on the bill or perhaps an offer for a free dessert or whatever. But no nothing. That’s fine there are plenty of other options close by.

Ruby’s has come a long way recently, in my opinion. We had a family dinner here and everyone enjoyed it. Service was great, and our large party was accommodated with ease. I had ribs that were amazingly good, fell right off the bone. I had gotten a loaded potato with them as had my mom with her entrée, and the sizes were drastically different. They brought her out another one to make up for it, which was certainly not necessary. I remember a time when nothing on the menu really gripped me, but they have a good array of choices now and have cleaned up their branding a bit for a classier image. Still a casual dining restaurant but definitely not the last resort it used to be. I’ll be back.

Flew in from California to see my sister on her 18th birthday. I took my grandmother suffering from a severe illness out(she hasn’t gone out to dinner in over 5 years!) with my sister. It was happy hour at 4:00 P.M. and the only way we could get the amazing $ 5 drinks was at the bar. So the bartender took our order from a table, brought us amazing drinks, and I even got my Grandmother drunk in which she hasn’t had a drink in over 20 years! This will be a moment I will never forget with my Grandmother. Cheers Ruby Tuesday, you made a life memory!

I’ve been to Ruby’s multiple times over years and this is my favorite one. My last visit was a few weeks ago for lunch with my Mom. We were seated right away and it didn’t take long for our waitress to come right over and take our order for drinks. I appetizers came out fast and they were fresh and delicious. My Mom then ordered steak and I got the chicken parmesan over penne. It was impressive. The portions were large. I ended up taking half of mine home. The salad bar was fully stocked and fresh. We also grabbed cupcakes to take home to my boys and they were moist and perfect. Gone in seconds. Everyone was very nice and attentive, especially our waitress. This is the first time I’ve been here since they changed the menu. For two of us, with apps and desserts, the bill was around $ 50. Not bad at all. I will definitely be coming back here again!

The food here is just not good. They have these imitation Red Lobster biscuits that are just awful! The entrees are horrible as well. Just avoid.

After reading the other reviews for this Ruby Tuesdays I have to say we didn’t really have any problems with the food or the service. We took a friend there for his birthday(his choice, not ours) and granted, it was not really that busy in there, but we were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated immediately. Our server was attentive, had suggestions, and kept an eye on us all through the service. I try to grade these places based on the type of place they are. Is this really a fine dining establishment? No. Its one of a dozen or so «family fun» style eating places in the area, and I grade them based on the others.(chilis, 99, outback, etc.) The place is a little dated inside, but its clean and everyone was friendly. Our drinks came right away, and just like all the similar places, they didn’t seem all that strong, but they were no worse than I’d get at Applebees or Fridays. They were tasty and the waiter made sure we got refills when we wanted them. The birthday boy got shrimp gumbo, my sweetie got mango salsa chicken and I got a rib eye steak. The gumbo was a nice big portion, and the birthday boy said it was really good. The chicken was a nice size portion, the grilled asparagus it came with was good also. They both also got the salad bar, which neither one of them had any complaints about. Plenty of choices, well stocked, everything tasted and looked fresh. I ordered my rib eye steak rare, and amazingly, it was! One of my biggest peeves is I always order steak rare, and I pretty much never get it that way. I should give them 5 stars just for that. They may not be a «fine» dining restaurant, but at least they know what RARE means. I had mashed potatos to go with it and they were fine too. Maybe we just happened to be in there on a good night, but I have to say all in all, we were all satisfied with our service, and with our meal. If you’re looking for the kind of quality you’d get at a $ 60.00 per steak place, then this is not it. They are relatively inexpensive for what they are, I think the quality is just fine. I have to say I recommend them. You could do a lot worse.

Terrible food, terrible service. I will say the artichoke dip was about the only good thing I enjoyed. It was just overall poor management on the end of the restaurant, everything took really long to get, including non alcoholic drinks. The Bacon burger was insanely bad. Dry bun, over cooked, and just BAD. NEVERRETURNING! Trust me, you don’t want this place as s check in…

I end up going here when someone else wants to go, not because I seek it out. I used to consider it Outback’s ‘overflow’ restaurant, as it felt like they’d get busy when Outback was swamped. Their salad bar is strictly okay. Service has varied from good to very poor. I had one server that either forgot to put in our orders or it got lost in the mix. When she retook our orders, she got some details wrong. Just very flustered and not very good. I hate to say that, but it really was the worst service I’d had in some time. Food is okay to a little less okay. I’ve had better at other places.

Came here for a business lunch. I had a flavored iced tea which was awesome and included fruit at the bottom! Food was kind of bland though. The saving grace was our waitress who was attentive the whole time.
