We needed parts to install a new pool filter and the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting us up with everything e needed. Love that they are open long hours versus the«pool» stores that close at 2pm on Sundays… Prices on chemicals were very high, though.

This has to be the worst place to buy a pool. The pool quality and the customer service can’t get any worst. We bought a pool here 5 summers ago. After the 1st year the pool wall began rusting through. Contacted Namco about the problem and their only offer was to replace the liner if we paid $ 250 for liner even though the liner wasn’t the problem. With the wall rusting through they didn’t want to know nothing. The pool is now less than 5 yrs old and we have holes rusted through wall the size of half dollars. We’ve been trying for 2 months for Namco to honor their warranty but they do nothing but jerk us around. The pool is less than 5 yrs old and needs to be torn down. Stay away from Namco!

SUMMERISCOMING! It’s time for some fun in the sun! Namco is your source for reasonably priced pool accessories. You don’t have a pool? No problem they sell other things too. In fact I think the store can use a cleanup, finding things here can be a hassle. They carry it all from water toys, goggles, flip flops to patio furniture, you name it anything cheaply made in China can be found here way cheaper than at Target. For me Namco is my source for inflatable water tubes. I get cheap-I-won’t-go-broke inflatable tubes here for riding down the Farmington River with friends and family. Namco sells them for $ 10 each, you really can’t go wrong with that. Sure you can purchase a bunch of them from a wholesaler online but who has the time? Water tubing is a spontaneous activity. On a nice sunny day when the sun becomes unbearable you call up some friends and without making a huge investment you can drive up the Farmington for some cheap fun. Just remember where you park your car or the walk back can be sticky.(details on exactly where to park to execute your knock-off river tubing trip to come soon– there’s a few places to park — mostly state parks). While you’re picking up some tubes don’t forget to check out their clearance items. I got flip flops on my last trip in for 50 pennies! No the flip flops didn’t last the entire summer but they were cheaper than an ice cream cone. When it starts to get a little warmer, head to Namco grab some tubes and be prepared for a thrilling yet relaxing adventure. Disclaimer: This review was only for cheap inflatable water tubes and discontinued color flip flops.
