I agree with previous reviews that this is the worst Tim Horton location downriver. They are notoriously slow and seem to have an issue hearing orders on the drive-thru speakers. They do run out of items and seem to have certain rules that don’t apply to other locations. They do get drink orders wrong and seem genuinely surprised when asked to correct an item. Unfortunately this location is often the most convenient for me. They do seem to have made some improvement lately. However I do think that a new speaker system in the drive-thru might solve a lot of problems. It might also benefit them to reward employees for short service times at the drive-thru window.

Wow, I’ve never been more upset about service. I love Tim hortons and I visit this same disgusting, horrifying location every morning. Only because it’s on my way to work. I consistently get burnt coffee. I’ve gotten coffee that wasn’t even hot, which in turn made me write this review. I feel like they should close this location permanently or get all new employees. Shame on them, it’s not hard to make a black coffee with sugar. Not to mention, I’ve been charged for the wrong order, and when I stated that. She said«I already put the money in the register» This place is a joke and no one should visit this place EVER! How can you be so incompetent?!

We go here almost every morning. Every time I am reminded of that movie with Joe Pesci where he states«they f*** you in the drive thru». Needless to say this will be my last visit to this location. I would rather drive out of my way to another location.

As a major Tim Horton’s lover(EVERY holiday I am given a gift card there), this is the worst one. I often get a bagel and muffin with the occasional hot chocolate or water. Very simple order. Bagels are quite often not toasted enough or there is a VERYSMALL amount of cream cheese(I’m not asking for a mountain… just an even layer over the entire bagel…). I only come here when I’m so desperately craving a bagel that this is my last resort(at this point I would rather drive another 5 mins out of my way). But the biggest thing that peeves me off about this Tim Horton’s location is that THEYCHARGEYOUFORICEWATER. $ 0.25 for the water ‘cup’. After the first time I was told I would be charged for water, I kept my eye out for when I went to any other Tim Horton location or other fast food restaurants. There is not a single other location that charges me for the cup. I guess I am just very disappointed because I think this location cares more about saving money than caring about the customer. Disappointing because bagels are my favorite food.

Worst Tim’s I’ve ever visited. Toasted buns were burned. Lettuce was wilted and blackened. Employees blaming each other. Yikes. My dark roast Coffee was ok but two other customers asked for their fancy coffee to made over again because it was wrong. Hard to believe an owner would let a business deteriorate this was.

Wow, please do not ever buy lunch here. Sandwiches were made twice. When we got home they still weren’t right. BLT had no bacon or mayo. Grilled bacon, tomato and cheese had blubbery bacon and a nasty 1 slice of tomato. The soup was tasteless as well. Employee making sandwiches was rude and said this is fast food when my husband asked him to slow down. 25.00 thrown in the garbage. We always loved there breakfast sandwiches but lunch there is horrible. Never ever going back. Please get some employees that care, customer service makes a big difference even when a customer is dissatisfied.

Terrible service. I have been charged for the wrong order, given the wrong food and good luck getting a sleeve for your coffee without a lot of hassle. The coffee and food is good if you can get passed the shoddy service.

Worst customer service EVER!!! Staff is consistently slow, consistently screws up orders, sometimes multiple times in one visit, and many of them are rude. Drive the extra 3 miles to another location!!!

I’ve been to probably every Tim Hortons in the Downriver area, and this one is the worst one, which is unfortunate if you live or work in the area. If you want donuts, you’re better off going next door to White Castle and getting 3 of those tiny, pre-packaged donuts for 99 cents. I’ve gone here in the daytime and almost ran out of gas in the drive-thru. I ordered two Chocolate Dip donuts(the plain glaze with chocolate frosting), but I ended up with Chocolate Glazed(the completely chocolate ones with a layer of glaze). I even explained what a Chocolate Dip donut was to the speaker, even saying, «They’re the glazed donuts with the chocolate frosting.» I’ve never had this confusion at any other place before. I didn’t complain since I didn’t have time to dare go back in the line or inside. Perhaps, the instance that takes the cake took place at around 3:00am. The girl told me to wait a moment when I pulled up to the speaker. Three minutes later, she was ready. I asked her what donuts they had available, because sometimes a Tim Hortons has a limited stock of donuts ready at this time. She told me they had no donuts(but they were being prepped). Okay, so I asked if they had their breakfast sandwiches ready. She said not for another hour. I asked if they had their deli sandwiches or paninis available… no. I then asked what they did have, and she said they were only serving beverages, bagels, and muffins. Muffins! Okay, sounds good… «sorry we don’t have the raspberry muffins.» What the hell were they doing open if they didn’t have the majority of their food available? I wanted something as simple as a plain cake donut. I went to White Castle.

WARNINGCUSTOMERS: You are about to enter the worst TimmyH experience you could imagine! All staff are cursed with that fateful combination of STUPIDITYANDARROGANCE! WATCH as you enter and no one greets you or even asks you what you would like to order! SEE the staff spill coffee as they text, and talk to each other and completely ignore the customers! BEAMAZED by a new level of moronic answers as the staff have no idea what 2% milk is, as they try and solve the impossible riddle of how to make a ‘plain bagel with cream cheese’ and ponder for hours on how to prepare an iced coffee ‘with no cream’, as they wipe the drool from their slack jaw, and mop the sweat from their brow with an empty glazed look. After 15minutes(seriously 15minutes) of repeatedly asking for the same order, and 2 staff members who cannot work out how to fulfill the order, you will walk out hungrier and more thirsty than you walked in, and little part of you will die inside when you realize that these people are our future. …The 1 star is purely for the unbelievable incompetence of this place that has to be experienced to be believed!
