I had an issue with a pair boots that I had been trying to wear for about 2 ½ months, I kept thinking they will break in eventually. Finally I couldn’t take it any more and I took them back to the store. This was my 8^th pair of the same boots. Rob (who I assume is the store manager) asked if I had been in their size machine lately which I hadn’t so he sized up my feet and found that I should have a half size bigger. They had them in stock and he exchanged them. That’s the kind if service we rarely find these days. Thanks again Rob!
