Minuteman was very helpful with my first printing job — they actually gave me a discount for my that order due to the nature of the job (ministry). Communication with them has been great ever since. From what I can tell in the back room, they offer a wide variety of printing services. What’s more important — they offer good service, personable, and there’s even a friendly dog in the office to greet you — This is obviously a family business, and you feel like that when you walk in the door. A lot of the other printers I’ve used in the past do not have this friendly environment offer (*cough* kinkos *cough*)
Turnaround time is quick, they communicate via email and directly from the website, I have not waited any longer than half a day for my order to be printed. If you’re in the neighborhood, this is a good place to go, IMO.

Mike and Karen run a very tight ship. If you need it printed, copied, faxed, created and printed they can do it. I have taken my promo ideas scratched on napkins in to Karen and asked her to create a flier and she does a great job.
Same for business cards and mailers. They are not always the cheapest but quality and customer service is ALWAYS the best. I have used them many times in the past and will be using them in the future.
