Lynn’s Massage Therapy

I was visiting from Nashville for the weekend and really wanted a massage after a 9 hour motorcycle ride. I found this little place on line and sent a email request for an appointment. Within 10 minutes I got a phone call and had an appointment for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Matt was awesome! One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. The stretching de done on my neck was incredible. I will definitely return here when I’m in town. This place is not the posh little spa that some might desire but it is clean and the staff were nice which is all I need.

The best massage place I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of places!!! Lynn really is a master at what she does. Her massages are both healing and relaxing. She is extremely pleasant and so is her staff.

I bought a message as a gift for a relative. After the message, he said it was not one of the better messages he’s had. My relative has been around the world (via military) and said he’s had better messages that cost less. My low rating is also for the décor and ambiance of the place… there is little to none. For a business that has been around 30 years, the place is ugly and uncomfortable. I sat an hour in the ‘lobby’, waiting for my relative. I sat in a metal chair that was crammed up against another chair. There was no place to move my arms. When the hour was up, my legs were numb, since I could barely move. Near me were plants that were dying, a divider that divided the room into a place where books and jewelry are displayed to sell… seemed sort of useless. One wall is painted a vivid teal in an effort to make the place seem relaxing. The place was freezing and was being warmed by a single space heater.
While I was sitting there for the hour, I thought about how nice the place could look with new vertical blinds on the window, the whole place painted a soothing light green, new carpeting, the room opened up by eliminating the book and jewelry sales area, and in it’s place a nice couch and a table or two (even from IKEA, it would be better than what is there now) eliminating the words painted on the wall and instead have a ‘Key West’ style decorating theme… getting rid of plastic storage cubes, dead plants, and the like. Money, you say? Any business around for 30 years must have made some income… it’s obvious the owner doesn’t put money into her business, very sad. If you aren’t going to keep your business up to attract more business, why bother?

Lynn is a healer through and through. She brings such a great energy and enthusiasm to her practice you really do feel refreshed just by talking with her! I always get a 45 minute «Mind Eraser» session and i feel like a new person when I’m done!

This woman has the hands of an angel! After a long week at work this is by far the best thing you can do for your body. The full massage here is to die for and you will slither out of the place when she is finished with you. The best I have had downriver. Guys, don’t go in thinking you can get a «happy ending» or even ask about it for she will boot you out on your ear. This is strictly professional and on the up and up. Don’t go thinking you’ll get a massage and be off in a hurry, she chats with you before she gives your massage and after making you very at ease.
