Charlies is attached to the Holiday Inn Express and has good food, particularly for a place attached to a hotel. I got in late so the salad bar had some slim pickings, but my entrée was pretty tasty. I’ve eaten at this place every time I’ve stayed at the hotel and never regretted the decision.

I’m visiting from San Diego and decided to try out the hotel bar. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. I ordered the almond crusted tilapia and it was very good. My broccoli was cooked perfectly. Decided to finish the meal with the hot fudge cream puff. It was good but if they hadn’t run out of cheesecake I would have ordered that. Definite recommend this place.

Just had the bourbon steak. Quite good, with a decent mix of spices, and cooked to order. We’re here on a Monday, and the place is pretty dead, so I’m not sure how the service is when it’s busy, but our server was very courteous and well versed on the menu. As it stands, it’s a bit above average for the typical restaurant attached to a hotel (in this case Holiday Inn), and as a place to eat after being on the road, it’s pretty good. Not sure if come regularly if I lived here, but as a «good eats when passing through» kinda place, it works.

Had the all you can eat prime rib on Thursday night. Everything was very good. Would definitely repeat.
