Apparently the Sprinkler Installation Business must be booming in the Metro Detroit area — I called to inquire about a new installation at our new house, and the customer service people made it very evident that they did not need any of my business!
After being greeted rudely, I explained that I was getting ready for Sod, but wanted to put the sprinkler system in first … I was not so politely told that it would be over a month to get it done. I simply said I was looking for something sooner than that — to which the response was: «Sorry,» and then a hang up.
At no point did they ask how big the system was, the address, or even if I was looking for anything in particular.
My advice is to STAY AWAY unless you want to be talked to and treated like a second class citizen — and to think I was calling to spend MY money on THEM!!!
