I saw some nice reviews of this place on Facebook so I decided we would go there for dinner. When we walked in they had«just mopped» so throughout our entire dinner it smelled like dirty bleach water in the room. Shortly after we got there at dinner time, no less, two of the three people working left and the waitress was left to do all waitress duties and kitchen duties by herself. Weird. Also, it was like 52 degrees in this place the whole time we sat there. My mom ordered fish and chips and said that her meal was great. I got my son a grilled cheese sandwich which was burnt. I ordered broasted chicken which was horrible.(But the fries were good.) My fiancé ordered a bunch of breakfast items and his bacon was cooked PERFECTLY. He liked everything else he ordered. His daughter had a chili cheese dog and chili cheese fries. I have a feeling she was being polite but after she ate the hot dog she was«full» and didn’t touch the fries(chili cheese fries are her favorite food.) The chili looked awful. There’s a reason the place was completely empty. Because everything you get in there is hit or miss. And you have to wait an hour and a half for the one single employee to do everything. I won’t be returning any time soon.

They should have stayed closed! Since the reopening, my family and I have been to the restaurant twice. The first was about a week after the reopening so we expected that we may have an extended wait time or that our food wouldn’t be exactly what we ordered. Well, they certainly did meet our expectations. We waited nearly an hour for a very simple order. Our server kept telling us that the owners«did not like her» and that’s why it was taking so long. We assumed this whole visit was just awful because they had just opened and needed to work out some kinks. Fast forward to last weekend, we decided to give this restaurant another go. Boy, were we disappointed. My fiancé ordered an item that was on the menu and our server came back 10 minutes after we gave her order to tell him they were out of that item. He changed his order and it took them another 30 minutes to bring it to the table. He had ordered eggs over medium and two of the three yolks were cracked. I ordered an omelette which did not arrive to the table until about 15 minutes after his and our son’s meals. Not only was the server unapologetic, there didn’t appear to be any sort of a manager or owner present. Fortunately, the server did take one of our meals off the bill, but I can’t get back the hour of time I wasted waiting for mediocre food and poor service.
