Walgreens in general is significantly slower than any other pharmacy, but this one takes the cake. The pharmacy was completely and totally empty. No line whatsoever, and I was told that I couldn’t wait for a script that was birth control, so no counting or measuring, because they were too busy. I have been using a local pharmacy recently, having switched from Walgreens, and I came here because it was close to work. Now I remember why I switched in the first place.

Horrible customer service and the worse pharmacy I’ve ever been to. My prescription was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. 2 hours later it still wasn’t ready and this is completely common. They ignore you while trying to get assistance and barely spoke to me while ringing up my items. When the young lady was done ringing my items she stood and stared at me. A, your total will be $ 5, would’ve been nice.
And that 30 minute rx I was waiting on… it’s the next day… still waiting. And when I call to check the status after being on hold 22 minutes with the same recording looping every 5 seconds with no answer I finally hung up. My 10 month old really needs his script. I’m therefore calling the doctor to get it filled elsewhere.

Unlike the previous reviewer, I have always found this particular branch to be perfectly fine. They have a great candy aisle and I have gotten my last few flu shots from here. Moreover, the staff always seems to be happy and welcoming and one of the cashiers even sings along with the Muzak. Enter without reservations.
