This little hidden gem has been here at least 10 years they told me. It offers so many different services. The staff I encountered were super friendly and welcoming. I called in the morning needing a quick blow out. They found me an appointment this same afternoon and I couldn’t be more pleased. Grace is so sweet. She was very attentive and constantly checked in to be sure we were on the same page. She always asked before she did anything to my hair. I’ll be returning here in the future!

I would like to say that this is the very best place I’ve come to. I am very happy and will return to this place. My results are unreal and the girls name who I will always go back to is Marjan. She has miracle hands. I did all kinds of things for my face. Very happy with everything. She’s one of a kind ! Go see her !

I have been going to this salon for about 2 and a half years now to get my hair cut. I ALWAYS get my hair done by Simon. He sis nice, fast and clean. He does what I want, and even makes suggestions but doesn’t push for me to do it if I don’t want to. He cuts and styles nice. If you go there, I would ALWAYS get Simon. He has also been doing my boyfriend’s hair for even longer than mine. He even coloured his hair tastefully. He actually suggested him because I never really liked what my mom’s stylist did to my hair.
As for eyebrows, I would suggest Irena. She does them fast and clean cut. I have had others do my eyebrows but if I can.
I haven’t tried other services there but I am hoping to soon.

Got a facial here today and they do a good deep clean. I would not go here to get a lame relaxing facial. Only come here if you are serious about getting clear great skin. The facials aren’t relaxing but I saw INSTANT results. If u want to relax get a message. Also the asthetician pushed products a little too much. I love this place and I will be back :)

I used a $ 29 Groupon deal for Pigalle yesterday. It included a haircut and conditioning treatment. I really have never had such a wonderful salon experience before. Tetyana was my stylist and she patiently discussed with me about what style I would like. I have always wanted a specific and difficult cut and have never found a stylist to do exactly what I would like. She took the time to make sure my haircut was perfect and my hair looked shiny, smooth, and healthy at the end of our session. I would definitely recommend this salon and I am returning to have my hair done there again in the future.

How do I explain how amazing this place is? Let me first say Ana has hands from Heaven. She gave me a pregnancy massage that was out of this world. And Ina is an expert at nails. The last time I was there, I went to sleep in the pedicure chair and woke up to gorgeous freehand rhinestone designs on my toes! This salon is both professional and innovative and I have to say that I enjoy going there just to look at what the girls are wearing. They are always well put together and fashionable. It makes me feel fashionable too! Great place. Love them!

My first when I walked into the salon were not very positive. I thought there were waaaaay too many products being sold and the receptionist never offered me a drink. I also waited 10 minutes after my appointment time. But when Sabrina got started with my hair, all of that negativity flusheddown the window. Sabrina’s hands were like lil mimi massages to my scalp. She gave me the BEST shampoo that I ever had! Then I had a wonderful deep conditioner. But when she pulled out her scissors from a special silver case, I knew that she was going to give me the best haircut of my life, and that is EXACTLY what she did! I had a groupon for $ 19 for a service that was worth $ 50 nowmally and she was worth every penny! Sabrina made me feel beautiful and comfortable with my short haircut again. She is TRULY amazing. And at the end, they gave me a 20% coupon for next time. Whether you see a groupon or just want to find a new stylist, pleeeeeese try out Pigalle! I will definately be back again!

After reading some of the other reviews, I was hopeful that I found a quality salon that was close to home. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
I tried a few facials with their esthetician, who seemed to know her stuff. The facial was thorough but PAINFUL, as she decided to do extractions and stick me with needles without even asking me. When I asked her what she was doing, her response was, «This is a medspa, what do you expect?». I agree with the other reviewer regarding products — she was definitely pushing for me to spend $ 500 + on an entirely new skincare line with multiple cleansers, toners, lotions, etc.
I will say that the facials did have positive results, but I stopped going due to her pushy attitude. Then I decided to try my luck with a hair stylist…
After going 8+ weeks in between my cut/​highlights/​lowlights routine, I scheduled an appointment. I was disappointed when the stylist said I needed to wait another month for color because my hair hadn’t grown enough. She was basically looking for 2 inch roots before she would do color. Ok, I thought, she seems genuinely concerned for the health of my hair. The trim was fine and I scheduled another appointment a month later for color.
I explained to her that I wanted to brighten things up a bit, but not too blonde. We picked two colors (one for highlights, one for low lights) and off she went. I’m used to a subtle effect, however, she went for chunkier highlights and used the low light color over the rest of my hair. Fast forward three and a half hours later…
I’m getting anxious and worried. I have had bleach on my head for over three hours. When I voice my concern, her response is that my hair is a «project» and that she knew to expect it to take this long. I’ve been getting the same thing done to my hair for about 12 years. I know what to expect.
I left with wet hair because the ordeal was ridiculously long. I could tell that I was not going to be happy with the results. When I finally got home and dried it, shockingly white highlights appeared. Actually, my entire head looked white. I was horrified and quickly called my out of state hairdresser friend to see what I could do to fix it. Luckily, I was saved by a $ 6.99 bottle of dye from Target.
I paid $ 140 for this mess. When I called to complain, they offered me a free conditioning treatment. I should have pushed for a refund, but I just didn’t want to deal with them any more. Very disappointing experience, and probably months of ruined hair in my future.

I recieved a gift of a pedicure and massage from here and it was fantastic :) The waiting area kind of sucks and is extremely uncomfortable, but I was taken back almost immediately and from there had nothing but the most gentle hands literally, all over me. This lady was an expert. The room had a great atmosphere and she massaged continuously through the whole session. It was a great experience for my first professional massage and I want another one, immediately.
