I bought an 8 hour recording block and only used 2 hours. Since I never went back I asked if I could just get the rest of my money back for the unused time. They refused to refund my money! So I made a counter offer, instead of getting the money back for 6 unused hours that were paid for, I tried to get that replaced with just ONE song being mixed and mastered and they refused that as well! I’d recommend looking around for a different studio before investing your money here.
