I’m not really into long boring Unilocal reviews griping about this that and the other thing… so here is all you need to know. You dont want to live here if you dont like your apartment complex constantly reeking of weed. But if drugs are your thing than this is your spot for sure.
secondly, if you have a nice car, you would definitely be a target for people stealing your rims. didnt happen to me but we were regularly walking through the parking lot and finding cars on sitting on cinder blocks.
lastly, our friends moved into the franklin apartments ¼ of a mile away. we were constantly jealous of their price and the friendliness/responsiveness of their landlords.
