Once again Joe and his team deliver. No surprises. As long as you follow the instructions and have all your documents ready, there really isn’t much to worry about. Communication is good and it’s fantastic not having to actually go into the office to complete everything. The electronic portal and signing capabilities reduce headaches and time significantly. Just give Joe what he asks for and sit back and relax, wait for closing.
