This is the BEST treatment you can get– in a pleasant atmosphere– quiet– calming and knowing that you are in very capable hands. Cheryl is #1 in my book. Thanks to her caring my husband has received a new life. He was injured in Iraq in 2005 and never received any treatment from the VAMC. When we moved here fulltime I was at my wit’s end and called around. Luckily I found Cheryl– she had me bring him in the next day and the rest is history. He, after three years of treatments, is a different person. The pain level is minimal and he is able to function well. He still goes in for a «tune-​up» as we call it– but is so much better just from the care he received here. THANK you Cheryl for all you do for so many here in the OBX.

Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely the best. Acupuncture really works at relieving chronic back pain or help those suffering from COPD/​Emphysema. Also some types of sports injuries. Can also help those undergoing cancer treatment.

Adorable little spa! I called while on vacation to schedule a massage and had a wonderful, relaxing experience. Very clean, neat, and professional. In addition to massage, Island Wellness does cupping, acupuncture, and other holistic treatments.
