I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I’ve come here multiple times hoping that it’d get better but unfortunately it has not. I had to fight to get an appointment before I was 8wks pregnant (bc I’d be considered high risk due to multiple miscarriages), the one and only time I got blood drawn my vein got blown out and bruised all the way down my arm, my appointments have been screwed up bc they’ve had me check-​in at the wrong spots, I’d also been told that they took a late lunch so the appointments were pushed behind, and the wait times are seriously absolutely ridiculous. Today was the final straw for me — showed up to my 11:00 appointment at 10:30am and wait well over an hour and half in the lobby to be sat in a room for another 40 minutes without seeing Dr. Z. Finally I asked the nurse if she knew about how much longer before the Dr. Z would be in because I had other appointments I needed to be at this afternoon. That was when I was told that there were still 3 patients in front of me.
I got a copy of my records and will be finding a new doctor. I made the mistake of thinking this practice in this high class area would mean I’d receive excellent care and treatment. I should have known better when I was initially told that i was just paranoid after the mc’s to want to be seen earlier than 8wks. Don’t waste your time or patience going here.
