Amy, Jake and the rest of their crew are hands down the best Realtors I have ever worked with. They are flexible, responsive and knowledgeable about many aspects of real estate. They have recommendations for every type of contractor one might need, and they are timely in their closings. I have bought four prppertues through them so far and i plan to buy many more. I used Amy and her company to manage my rental, and she does not know what she is doing. When I brought things to her attention that the renters was doing or the lack of doing, she would ignore my request. When the renters finally moved out, they, the renter, destroyed my house. When I asked for the payment of repairs, she didn’t even advise or even did it herself the letter why the security deposit will not be returned. She has changed her company names so many times… Buyer beware when you are using Amy. I have more information if you are interested. I have documented & recorded everything.

Met with her on a Friday afternoon to talk about listing my mom’s house, and by Saturday night, she had the place on the market.
