My home away from home when I’m in North Carolina. Tamika (JRT) and the ponies love it too. I love being able to hack right off the farm to the Moss foundation and the equestrian easements that wind through Southern Pines but still be 10 minutes to Fresh Market, the movie theatre, and great restaurants. While southern pines has lots of hotels on route 1, I prefer to stay with the horses and dogs at Auntie Marged’s. She will make you feel like family too, without smothering you because she is busy. Its homey, welcoming and affordable… like a european b and b. Comfy bed, nice breakfast and then you are off for the day.
