All-Points Personal Transportation

These guys are the best– true professionals. They provide the best service and are extremely military friendly. They have always come through with great rates, incredible service, and quality cars/​drivers. I recommend them to everyone. Going TDY for a week or so, why drive and park-​call them instead. I finally found out firsthand why my guests from out of town rate All Points so highly. As usual they answered the phone on the first ring and quickly found my profile in the system and the first thing they said was ‘Thank you’ for my past business. That was nice especially considering that I had used their sister company in Raleigh but never personally had taken a trip to Pinehurst. They quickly verified the number of guests we had and even asked if we had any children accompanying us. Who else asks these questions? They do, and more importantly they offered to provide a car seat so I did not need to lug mine along with us for a quick trip. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and the vehicle was (as described) clean and still smelling new. Their drivers still wear a suit and tie which I still find amazing since it was 90 degrees out. The car seat was already in-​place so my daughter did not even have time to grumble. Our 2 guests luggage and clubs were loaded up before they walked out of the house and we were on our way. After a nice day at the resort another of their drivers returned for us but not in a Suburban, instead they sent a Mercedes sedan. A new one at that. I told them I had not booked a Mercedes and they said they knew that but they also knew that I had used them quite a few times before and said the boss wanted to thank me with an upgrade. I would never ask someone to send a luxury car for myself and my child but that’s one of the things that makes this company such a pleasure to work with. They do a very nice job of surprising their clients. That is pretty rare these days and not at all what I expected. I can’t promise you that they will send a Mercedes for you but based on my experience you know!
