Love, Love, LOVE! I had a really great facial done here. The facial was well done, the products used were really good, and the girls were very knowledgeable. It is a school, so it doesn’t have a «spa-​like» ambience; however, what it lacks in atmosphere, it certainly makes up for in quality. I left with my skin looking great without feeling as though I had spent a fortune. I will definitely be returning soon!

My daughter and I have been going here off and on for years and have had very pleasant experiences until this last Saturday! Imagine paying for a facial that is supposed to be in a quiet relaxing, professional setting, and you received obnoxious, loud, conversation by the owner/​manager with short blond hair and her friends for about a half hour. I asked my aesthetician to ask this woman if she could tone down their voices, and the owner got an attitude and got even louder. She also ignored me when I tried to pay. I should have just walked out!!! By the way, the technician who gave me my facial was wonderful. The management’s behavior was less than professional! Will NEVER go back again.

I have been going here frequently, esp. the past 2 years. I was insulted when «confronted» about purchasing a Yon-​ka product elsewhere. After being reminded that «it’s economic hard times and they make their money through product sales– hence being able to provide the facials so cheap». I was rudely and bluntly told by the owner that «it’s a slap in the face». I have written many a $ 200-​$ 300 check to this school, just not this particular day. I was treated RUDE. Yes, facials are provided cheaper here because IT IS A SCHOOL. Your students PAY tuition and work for FREE and use my face as their guinea pig. If anyones taking anything in the face it’s me!!! And where in the fine print does it say that I’m obligated to purchase product? I don’t see anything hanging on the front door nor did I sign a contract. Expect to be treated in relation to the amount of money you will be spending…
