Hired Kevin Shaw to install 2 sump pumps. He was very nice while accepting my $ 995 check. I came home and one basin was still full of water. I called Kevin and he blamed me for damaging the pump and now wants $ 150 to come a see if it works properly. He called me a jerk when I disputed the charge. Make your own judgement but I won’t be using him or recommending him to anyone I know.
