The first red flag? Dropping my area rugs off at another business, a CPA firm, I believe, almost three months ago. They would deliver it to me the following week. Today is March 8, 2013. Over a month ago, the manager fessed up that they had lost them, but found them, would «re-​clean» them for some reason, no charge (no kidding) and after many calls to their answering service and promises of dropping it off «tomorrow», they’ve now stopped calling back. When you have to contemplate small claims court to get your rugs back, it’s hard to say anything good about them. Oh, here’s something good: they’re local. Yeah, that made a difference. The Big Dig was quicker.
