Ultimate Gifts is my favorite place to go for the perfect hostess gift. The owner is wonderful and always has a great selection of items to choose from for every person on your list. Love being able to get local products and my favorite Kendra Scott jewelry! Great job, Lauren! Keep up all of the great work.

I love this place! I always get my Beatriz Ball here for weddings and they have a huge selection of Vera Bradley. Plus they are always getting in new and fun stuff. It is a great place just to look around. The staff has always been wonderful when I have been there. The other review must have been a fluke. And I love the free gift wrap. Always looks phenomenal!

I wanted to check this place out because I love quirky little shops. This place is definitely that. Lots of random things that you can’t find elsewhere. Except, instead of the quirky atmosphere some of those shops pull off, it looks like a bunch of random overpriced junk. At places like this, you can easily rack up an expensive bill if you see a few things you like. So, naturally you expect great customer service when you walk in, or at least a friendly smile and«How are you doing?» Except, when I walked in the door… crickets. In fact, there was an older and younger woman(I think the older one is the owner or manager) gossiping behind the counter and looked quite upset that I came in the door. They continued gossiping(I felt quite upset for the person they were raking over the coals) without giving me a second thought. I even stopped very pointedly in front of displays to see if I’d get noticed(You guessed it, crickets again). I was in there for a total of 15 minutes and wasn’t spoken to once. I made my way to the display in front of the counter and looked directly at the two employees and then back at the display a few times. Surely, this would get there attention. Nothing. At this point I was getting mad. I sighed loudly, and basically stomped to the door. At that point, the older woman said«Have a nice day» in a hurried tone, like she had forgotten she was supposed to actually speak to customers. Too little, too late lady. From now on, if I get the hankering for quirky little gifts, I’ll take myself to one of the many other gift shops in town.
