Oak Hollow Apartment

In this review, I can only speak to the quality of the office staff and the maintenance service.
I own a house in the neighborhood just north of the apartment complex (I rent out the home to another family), and contacted apartment management at Oak Hollow many weeks ago with a concern over a poison ivy plant growing from the apartment grounds over my house’s fence. Management was very slow to respond to my questions, and didn’t offer any proactive steps (like offering to return my phone calls with an update). I asked them to contact my tenants 10 days ago to have the landscaping team come to confirm the identity and location of the plant to determine a removal plant, but my tenants have not yet heard from management. We are no longer hopeful of hearing back from management about this issue and are very disappointed in their handling of the situation.
Concerns for potential apartment tenants: There are very large poison ivy plants on the property that are not being properly dealt with; management appears to show little concern for requests.
