Decent place to eat but not to work they brag about secret shopper bonuses but forget to put them on your check got a 100 both times 9 months later still waiting on a 42dollar shopper bonus glad I have a real job now

Fresh food, they put the raw meat on the grill after you order your food which takes longer than most fast food places but at least you know it’s fresh, it does not have a drive thru. Fresh ingredients and delicious fries. Not always as crispy as you’d want but made just right. Cajun fries or just salted. Great for families. No chicken options but they do have hot dogs and grilled cheese. I like that since my family has celiac and can’t have bread they have option of burger in a bowl or lettuce wrap.

Strawberry milkshake was ok. I prefer mine thicker than runny She did make another for me but it was just a little better than the first. Flavor could have been stronger. Service was great.

Wow! I was not particularly impressed at my last visit but in terms of a good low carb option, I’m so happy with my food! I had a regular cheeseburger (which is two parties), lettuce wrapped. It was so worth it! Kind of messy, not necessarily wrapped the best but delicious! Will definitely be back for this again.

Great burgers and fries but the service is incredibly slow. It was literally twenty minutes before I received my single order. This cannot be their business model.

Clean, friendly and always a delicious burger. Love the Cajun fries! Quick service even in the middle of the lunch rush. Friendly staff, look forward to returning.

I’ve always loved 5 guys burgers and fries when I was at an area that has it like in Barlett or on Union Ave. in Memphis. So I was really excited when they came to Southaven, near where I live.
I didn’t give this place 5 stars because when I come here, in order to get my fry fix, I have to consistently order a «regular» order of fries.
By this company’s standards, a regular order should be able to feed 2 people. The aforementioned locations understand the fry proportions they are supposed to give. If I go to 5 guys in Barlett I can’t even finish a «little» order of fries.
I will give them some slack, as this is a new location with new workers who probably don’t understand what a customer’s money’s worth is compared to other locations.

This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Southaven needed a new place to eat and five guys is a welcome addition. Hubby & I stopped in for lunch. The red and white décor makes this place fresh and clean and the many windows makes it look open and spacious. The music and atmosphere was not overwhelming as customers could carry on a conversation and be heard. The service we received was excellent being our first time the associate was so nice to explain the menu to us letting us know about the difference in the regular burger versus the little (the little comes with 1 patty) and that the fries are large enough for 2 people to share (she wasn’t wrong about this we could have shared ours with 3 people) and that the condiments are added as we wanted at no extra charge. Our order came to $ 20.19 for my little burger and hubby’s regular cheese burger and 1 order fries with 2 drinks. Not bad considering they make it fresh and it was good. The one thing that I noticed that I appreciate is that the floor associate rolled the trash can to the back to take care of the trash then rolled the can back to the floor. I thought this was cool considering I’ve been in other restaurants where they just pulled the trash right out of the can onto the floor right in front of customers eating. This store was clean. Associates were sweeping, washing tables and wiping down the machines. They have peanuts available to munch on too. We enjoyed this new addition to Southaven. They don’t give any discounts-​at least yet. Well now I need desert. Think I’ll try a milkshake!

Not any different than other Five Guys. If you’ve been to one then you know what to expect. Just another burguer joint.
It’s a new place in Southaven so eventually the novelty will wear off.
As far as the food goes, it’s ok. Burguers are good, fries are not my favorite, a little bit pricey.

As always good food. However the guy hollering out the orders at the top of his freaking lungs… Not needed. Especially when you go out of your way to say thank you to just be ignored. Good food alone won’t do it… Work on the customer service. Otherwise go to Wimpy’s down the street.
