This Dunkin Donuts is Horrible! Me and my co workers agree that this location will get your order wrong, leave something out of your bag, or ending up with somebody else’s order. The only plus is that the line moves fast but I would rather spend the extra money with Starbucks!

Unacceptably slow service from uninvolved workers who work like they’re on break. Who is running this place? It’s absurd! The owners should go in there and clean house. All of them need to be replaced.

The guy tried to talk me out of what I ordered (a white chocolate raspberry latte). After asking for it, he cut me off asking if I’d already had one and saying «I don’t like it.» I don’t care if he doesn’t like it, I ordered it. After saying No and continuing with the order, he REPEATEDLY asked if I was sure I wanted the white chocolate raspberry coffee, despite my answering yes every single time. Terrible customer service and a very unprofessional conversation. This location fails miserably at training their employees.
