Came here on what appeared to be a slow week night. Service was as though it was busy. That means the service was lousy. Couple that with the fact that I was recommended to order the gnocchi special which was awful and I was now more displeased. No drinks, dessert or salads just a cheese pizza, gnocchi entre and pasta bolgnese and we were over $ 100. I know people in the area are loaded and the area is pricey but this was ridiculous and the food was not good especially the gnocchi which was loaded with rosemary. Don’t see this place making it too long unless some sugar daddy has deep pockets. The food in normal locations would be half the price and better. The Olive Garden is better although I haven’t been there in years.

What a lovely place to have Sunday brunch. Ate here last week and although I opted to sit outside, the interior was so Tuscan in feel that it just made me happy. The bruschetta and calamari were excellent appetizers; the gnocchi were some of the best I have had. Worth a visit. I would definitely eat here again.

Wow, we have been spending our summers in Southampton for years and have never tried this place. The polenta was the best I’ve ever had and we had a salad with guanciale on it that was delish! Veal Milanese was ok, but everything else was perfect. I heard so many great things about this place, so glad we went and can’t wait to return!

We decided to eat at the Tuscan house in Southampton. The hostess was very unprofessional and rude, maybe because she was to young and didn’t know how to act but then again she should not be working there. After sitting us at our table we noticed water dripping from the ceiling, We told the hostess and she ignored us. Finally told the waitress and she moved us to another table. Our food took over a hour to arrive and was not worth the wait. Some many other places to dine in the Hamptons, don’t go to this one!!!

The worst restaurant experience that I have had in the Hamptons. It included«painfully slow“service(I should have believed a prior review), dirty silverware and glassware, and the least customer-friendly attitudes that you can imagine(from what we were told, reflecting those of the owner/chef). It is a nice enough looking place on a great corner, but stay away. There are real reasons that the reviews have gone downhill and that it was half empty on a busy July weekend.

I have eaten in this restaurant many times and each time bests the last time. The bread is what bread should taste like – piping hot and delicious just like inTuscany Italy. The pastas are great as are the salads. When you are in Southampton book a table. You won’t be disappointed.

The food here is fine. Frankly, my primary concern is their business practices and disregard for their customers. Having gone here in the past, I decided to give a gift certificate to a dear colleague who lives in the area. However, she was leaving the next day and needed to give it to her ASAP. When I went online, I noticed you could buy it online via Paypal. Perfect… or so I thought. Normally when I have done this in the past, the gift certificate can be printed immediately through my computer. No where on the webpage does it indicate that it will be mailed to you!(which is what I found out when I called about how to print the certificate) Needless to say, that wasn’t going to cut it. I asked if I could be refunded the money. I was assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. They tell me «The owner is out, and he handles the Paypal. We will call back». I called back and they assured me that the owner would ‘try to figure out the refund through Paypal or ‘cut me a check’. After 9 days and numerous calls to them, they have not once returned my calls.(They at one point claimed my ‘line was disconnected’. Which it clearly wasn’t as I was talking to them on the line!) They have not refunded any money. Every time I call I’m told«the owner is in the kitchen’, «he’s dealing with it’ or «it just slipped his mind’. I’m really disappointed that an old favorite place of mine is demonstrating some rather inconsiderate and shady ways. I want to chalk it up to them being busy(that’s reasoning they give me every time I’ve called), but I have had heard a lot of excuses and I don’t think it’s appropriate to support a business that clearly isn’t prioritizing honest relationships with their customers. The Paypal refund would literally take 1 minute. I’m hoping this issues will be resolved sooner rather than later!

I must say Tuscan house it’s a good place the food is inconsistent, maby because the chef there is the owner, it reminds me of sip n soda where the place is amazing when the owner is not cooking there, 4 stars because I just had the amazing chicken with sausage with mushroom in a red sause and for the appetizer the Fried calamari was to die for , my wife had the shrimp capalini and that was amazing will come again later this summer

A solid choice for better food in these parts. Even if the service/attitude can be off-putting! Four of us dined here and ordered an assortment of main dishes and one ordering a side dish of pasta. Food total was a reasonable $ 168, plus two bottles of wine, $ 150. Food was very good and enjoyed by all. Atmosphere is a little busy and noisy, and servers are young, and I felt needed to be reigned in to provide a level commensurate with the quality and price of the food offered. Bottom line, I’d return.
