I took my car in on 10.30 for repair work on a fender bender. I picked it up December 19th. During that time there was no communication initiated by Pinelands and when my fiancé or I did call, Pinelands seemed confused as to why we thought there was a problem or were concerned about the length of time they had the car. They were paid in full by my insurance company and my deductible and when we picked up the car, we noticed the tail light didn’t work. The one they JUST replaced. Upon further inspection, we noticed the car no longer picks up FM radio, which worked fine when we dropped it off. When we called Glen at Pinelands to tell him, he was unapologetic and basically didn’t even recognize that he had provided unsuitable service. He had the car for 50 days… and it came out with problems that it did not go in with. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They are terrible at communicating with the customer. And clearly do not provide good work. A simple apology on their end could have fixed a lot. But they never gave one. Nor an explanation. Im currently disputing payment for their work. Don’t take your car here.

Worst experience ever. Waited 7 weeks for minor fender/tail end repair. Went to pick the car up on a Saturday, and the tail light doesn’t work. No break light. No reverse light. Nada. Nice work GLEN! let me know when you’re going to pay the bill for me to have the vehicle finished. Enjoy the insurance check that you already cashed. «Don’t worry about anything» he says. Right. You have my number, Glen. ****UPDATE**** The trunk doesn’t «pop» open and will not stay up when opened anymore. The trunk takes on water when driving down a wet road. And the radio won’t get a signal, at all, nothing. The hits keep on coming. Got work Glen. You deserve a giant«atta boy». You really did a wonderful job making the car worse than when we brought it in. Congrats! Be proud!

Worst body repair shop. I waited 27 days for a fender to be replaced and painted on my brand new car. They told me to bring my car in because the parts are in, well 3 weeks later they tell me they are waiting for parts. So I finally get my car back after impatiently waiting and the body lines don’t line up, there is uncountable specs of dirt under the paint as if it was painted in a sand storm and all the interior door panel clips are broken and the panel is not attached properly. I was warned by a coworker not to take my car here, but because the dealer recommended this place I took my new car here anyways. BIG mistake! I am a big car enthusiast. So if you love your car like I love my cars you will go to another collision center. Now I am stuck with a paint job that I am very disappointed with.

Was recommended to use this place to fix my car after a deer ran out in front and dented the right side. When I picked my car up immediately I noticed my door that was supposed to be fixed was sticking and the window would not seal when we put it up. Furthermore, the headlight that they were to replace did not work And the paint job was done very poorly. I was disappointed after leaving the car with them for two weeks… Glenn, agreed to make good on the repairs that they did a very shoddy job of. After having my car an additional two weeks, my window still does not seal and my headlight still does not work. The paint job they did still looks terrible. This place is an absolute joke! I would NEVER recommend this place to repair your car.
