I visited Dr. Rybak’s office as a first-​time patient while visiting family for a few weeks in the Philadelphia area. I needed some emergency dental work done and Dr. Rybak’s staff worked with me to set up an appointment on short notice. The office itself is clean with new equipment which made me feel comfortable, since this is not my regular dentist. I didn’t need to wait long, and the experience was pretty painless.

The lobby REEKED of cigarettes — so bad that I almost left. Had to wait 35 minutes for my appointment and was barely acknowledged when I was waiting (there was no receptionist and nobody in office for ten minutes). Then, another patient walked in and all of a sudden the hygienist appeared and took them first.
The dental room was slightly less smoky and actually very clean. Dr. Rybak was nice & worked quickly, but I’ve had more thorough cleanings at other dentists.
Probably won’t come back — between the cigarette smell and poor service, I wasn’t very impressed.

Dr. Rybak has been my primary dentist for the last ten years. She is compassionate and understanding, and it’s always a great experience going to her. The office is exceptionally clean and well-​taken care of, and the staff are very caring as well.
