Just went to Love Salon yesterday for my first legit salon experience. I was always a Hair Cuttery girl before. They were cheap, easy, but almost always disappointing. You get what you pay for, basically.
Since I always cut my long hair off just as summer begins, and it’s always a dramatic change, I decided I would try Love. Jordan Downs cut my hair. He has such a sensibility with his craft. From the moment we sat down to discuss what would look best for my facial type, I knew I was in good hands.
I don’t frequently get my hair cut, but I think I’ve finally found the place and the person I’ll pledge my future haircuts to.

Jenn is awesome with hair color. She gave me the best highlights so far, and tony gave me the best hair cut I ever could get. People working over there are so nice, so talented and very friendly. I am definitely coming back

I love Love Salon. Seriously, this place is great. The salon itself is pretty, clean, and relaxing. All the staff is welcoming. I see Jen for my color. She really is phenomenal. She keeps my blonde hair with just the right amount of dimension. Tony does my cut and he’s amazing as well. I don’t know how he does it but it never seems like he cuts a lot but my hair comes out perfect every time.
Do yourself a favor and make an appointment today. You won’t be disappointed.

I live an hour away from Love Salon, but the trip is totally worth it. Jen is a absolute highlighting wizard who has clearly made a deal with the devil. (I should have taken a stack of her business cards for how many times I was stopped yesterday asking who did my color. Jen did, biddies — for about half of what you paid in Center City.) Tony has been cutting my problem-​child hair since high school, and although I’m the kind of person who calls my doctor’s office and says, «Meh, whoever’s available,» I’d never get my hair cut by anyone else. Bonus: the entire staff is lovely, and there are always cookies.

I starting going to Love Salon after I had a terrible color job from another salon. Love Salon appointed me to Jen for my color correction and gave me a hair miracle! Since then, I have been a loyal customer. Stephanie has been coloring and cutting my hair. She is so much fun to have as a hairstylist, she likes to use new techniques and shows me exactly what to expect, which always exceeds my expectations!!! This salon makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable atmosphere. The stylists are REAL and always give you their honest opinion. Thank you for the beautiful blonde colour I’ve been wanting! The very nice owner gave me a call and asked me to come back to fix the blonde that I wasn’t happy about. It was a very nice gesture and shows how professional and caring he is about his business and clientele. Jen did a wonderful job on my hair and achieved exactly what I’ve been looking for! Sorry for the previous review as I was pretty upset but today definitely made up for it and I will be referring my family/​friends! Thank you again and I am loving this new colour. the perfect blonde shade!

Stephanie gave me the best haircut i’ve ever had. She knows how to work with wavy hair. I come from out of state (family in the area) to get my hair cut because i like how she does it. They also don’t pressure you to buy hair products, which i really like.

I got my hair cut at Love on New Year’s Eve. Brittany was my stylist and she did an amazing job! Gave me a cute, bouncy, chin length bob that is growing out really nicely! The salon is super comfortable, clean, cozy, and welcoming. Everyone was very nice and I definitely will go back next time I am in PA. Thanks for a great hair experience!

Had my curly haircut by Stephanie M. yesterday.
Many are surprised to find that despite being a straight haired girl herself, she is well versed in curly hair care :) Stephanie gave a lovely head/​scalp massage during the shampoo and she educated on products and how to style curly hair at home.

John has been cutting my hair for 15 years and is one of the best in the business! Love Salon is a gem in Southampton. Excellent service and great atmosphere by all the staff. I really enjoy going there. Would highly recommend!

Got the GK keratin treatment on my hair done by Elizabeth. She did an awesome job and answered every single one of my questions (which were many!). It was my first time doing any type of keratin treatment to my hair and she made me feel very comfortable! My hair looks and feels amazing! Outstanding service and a lovely salon! :)

After moving to Bucks County from NE Philly, I was in search of a new salon. I was happy to discover Tony and Jen, as I remembered them from Gary Charles.
They do a wonderful job on my hair and are always so friendly and welcoming. I always leave happy with their work.
I also appreciate their evening hours, as they accommodate my schedule so well.

I’ve always had long hair, but it’s always been such a pain to maintain. For the past few months, my hair has been imprisoned in a ponytail– a frizzy, dry ponytail.
So I made the decision to just chop it all off.
I asked around for some salon recommendations, I Unilocaled and did some research online. I thought I had made my decision when I called a place in Philly and made an appointment. A week before, I had changed my mind, canceled that appointment and made a new appointment at Love Salon.
At Love Salon, I was greeted kindly by the woman at the front desk. After a short wait, I was greeted with a warm smile by Tony. I told him that I wanted a pixie cut, and he sounded confident that he could give me the haircut I wanted.
He put my hair into a low ponytail, held securely by multiple rubber bands… then began to cut it at the base. There was no going back now.
As Tony cut my hair, he was explaining to me about the angles he chose to use, and what he was doing exactly. He talked about hair as if each strand were living and breathing– each strand of hair having a conversation with another.
At the end of my haircut, I looked in the mirror and I was in LOVE. Maybe that’s where they get their name.
Needless to say, I’ll be going back to Love Salon for maintenance. I can’t return to long hair after this, and next time, I’m going to attempt to go shorter.

I was so desperate for a haircut the other day so I called Love to see who was available same day, as soon as possible. The owner told me that Lauren was free and I booked the appointment. I was a little hesitant at first (I usually see Tony for haircuts) but Lauren was great. We discussed what I wanted and I showed her a picture of a cut that I really liked. My haircut looked great and I was really happy with the results. I hadn’t had layers in a very long time and Lauren cut them in exactly how I had pictured. She even waved the ends with a blowdryer and round brush and I walked out of the salon with the hair of a Victoria’s Secret angel (that’s how I felt anyway).
